This place is spectacular. So much space. The beach is beautiful and the sunsets were lovely. The kitchen is well equipped. I read some reviews that mentioned the elevator. There is only one but it worked fine and was a must for my 89 year old Mother. The only issue we had was the email indicated we would have two parking passes but there was only one. I was told the rental only included one space. They did accommodate us since it was September but I think with a condo this size, two spaces should be allowed. Otherwise it is absolutely perfect. We would definitely stay here again.

My parents came in town for a visit while I was home from deployment for a couple weeks. I live in Madeira Beach but my home was destroyed in Hurricane Helene and I wanted a nice place for us to relax during my visit home. This place was perfect. The condo was very clean, had ample seating that was comfortable, and lots of cooking ware. The beds were very comfortable and the linens were soft. I like when there are white linens so I know they can be cleaned properly. The balcony was great to watch the gulf, although it rained a lot, but that did not stop us from enjoying the view. Plenty of parking spaces to choose from. We didn't use the pool since we spent any sun time on the beach.Only thing I would note is that neither bathroom has a fan, so you have to open the door and cool off after your shower. But I sweat easily. There are shipping carts for you to get all your groceries and stuff up the elevator with ease. Very great stay! If I have guest again and still no home, I will definitely book this unit.

Very nice. Looks just like the pictures. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of utensils, plates, cups etc. view of ocean is awesome. Almost every morning we could see dolphins swimming. Would definitely book it again!!!

Beautiful place! Beds were very comfortable, loved the proximity of the beach. Great location as it's close to shopping and grocery stores as well. The only downside was the elevator which was pretty slow and only having one seemed inconvenient for the size of the building. Would definitely return!

We loved our stay at Seabreeze and will continue staying here. The condo is crisp, clean, open, and a modern beach decor. The master bedroom has a perfect bed that is firm after a day in the sun. The living room is one that your family can relax and chill in after a long day on the beach also.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. Itā€™s newly updated, clean and has a lot to offer guests. The location canā€™t be beat. We would stay here again and recommend to others. Pros: Unit was ready several minutes before the scheduled check-in time which was unexpectedClean, updated, newer appliances and furnitureBeach supplies- towels, toys, chairs, umbrellas, coolers, boogie boards, beach mats Cleaning supplies- laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, sponge, garbage bags, paper towelsAppliances & kitchenware- coffee maker, pots, pans, plates, cups, bowls, utensils, toaster were provided Entertainment- Spectrum cable TV provided with other apps available for personal logins (Netflix, YouTube TV). A handful of books, 1 childrenā€™s puzzle and one adult puzzle providedLocation- Direct beach access, short walk from Johnā€™s Pass (approx. 1/2 mile)Plenty of parking on-site Carts available to move luggageGarbage chute Cons:Guest bathroom- no ventilation or window so everything gets wet after showeringGuest bathroom- the shower door frame is extremely low. If youā€™re over 6 feet tall you will hit your head. Water sprays out of the shower stall onto the floor. Guest bathroom- high water pressure from shower can be painfulBuilding maintenance- single elevator for the building is slow and often doesnā€™t work (broke 3x during our stay). Be cautious if you have guests with mobility issues and/or infants and toddlers. Paver walkway to pool/beach was uneven and missing pieces

Condo was clean.Kitchen was well stocked with basic equipment, knives, pots, pans, baking sheets, blender, coffee machine that uses grounds.Beds were very comfortable Beach supplies included three chairs, an old umbrella with stand, two coolers and plenty of toys for kids. We left a new chair, new umbrella, bigger shovels for bigger kids and a couple of new buckets. One obvious missing component was the lack of a washer and dryer. The building has two communal coin operated laundry rooms that full time residents seem to use but it would have been great to have them in our unit.

Wonderful condo!

We absolutely loved this condo and the views!! The only change we would recommend is new shower heads, they were extremely powerful and blew water all over the bathrooms and it literally hurt to shower! Other than that, this condo is amazing and we loved it!
