The condo is clean and attractive. Great location .We've been coming to Madeira Beach for many years for vacation. I've never walked in and NOT found a bit of a welcome traveler basket. As in..we know u have been driving all day or on 2 flights in 3 different airports we know ur worn out and u came straight to our condo to drop ur bags.. Here are 2 waters and a granola bar. Or a tiny bag of chips. And always a packet of coffee or 2-4 k-cups. There was nothing like that. We went out again and bought water and coffee for the next morning: And the welcome kits we've encountered have been lovely and generous. It's surprising but it's so welcome after being up since 4:00 a.m. and not getting to the condo til 7:00p.m. If u are going to cook meals at this condo u will have to buy or bring every spice and herb u want to use. There is salt and pepper. That's it. The balcony is fine. Looks out onto the beach and gulf. But if u want to enjoy the beautiful view of the gulf and beach u will have to stand and drink ur coffee or evening cocktail. Because sitting in the chairs provided u will be looking at the top of the railing and thru the metal bars of the railing. We've never ever rented a condo that didn't have at least 2 tall chairs and a tall table. And this condo sleeps six so 4 tall chairs seems appropriate. So that was really a bummer. Pool area is tiny. No tables. Only a picnic table. We found the umbrella and put it up ourselves then moved a chaise in the shade.

While welcome items can vary by property, we certainly understand how a few waters, coffee, and snacks can be a thoughtful touch upon arrival. We’ll share your suggestion with the owner for consideration. We also appreciate your comments about the kitchen seasonings and the balcony furniture. The Gulf views are one of the highlights of the property, and we understand your concern about being able to fully enjoy that view while seated. We’ll pass along your suggestion regarding taller balcony seating as well. Thank you for sharing your experience with the pool area and for noting the limited shade and seating. Feedback like yours helps us identify opportunities to improve the overall guest experience. We hope you’ll consider staying with us again on a future Madeira Beach visit.

Love the beach

Our only issue was we have a full size pickup truck and really does not fit in the smallish space. Beautiful place, nice pool and of course the view.

Condo was nice. Comfy bed in master. Great balcony. Have one complaint about lock to building. Very hard to open. Heard several other guests speaking of the same issue. Would stay here again.

Wonderful location, beautiful condo, and will definitely be back. Minor timing issue with getting our keys to the condo but was quickly resolved. Minor issue with parking but again, quickly resolved. Love the spacious, gulf front views of this condo and cannot wait to go back!

Wonderful and relaxing!

From start to end our rental property was absolutely wonderful! The layout the condo was exactly as shown and the views of the Gulf were breathtaking. We enjoyed dolphin watching each afternoon from the balcony! The condo was fully equipped with beach chairs, beach toys, and even an umbrella and pop-up tent which was very useful for our family. We look forward to making a return to the Tirillum in the future!

Love the Resort, just not the unit.

Love the Resort, but not this unit. We have stayed there 2 other times but in a different unit which we liked very much but could not book it this trip.

Amazing time with our family!!

My husband and two sons had an amazing time at this condo! Everything was so nice and very clean. We had a little hiccup when we arrived. We drove a truck and our parking space was underneath the building which had a low clearance. We made it in but basically had a difficult time parking. We mostly walked to places which was not bad at all. There were plenty of places to walk to eat at. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Great Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was in a great location and the area was not overcrowded like other beaches I have been to in Florida. My only problem was having to carry a key with me to get on/off beach and into Condo building. Would be nice to add some sort of digital keypad and do away with the keys.

View Sunsets from yourTrillium Balcony

This is my second time staying at the Trilllium Condos and will always be my choice. The size of the building lends itself to small quiet groups. The beach at your doorstep is not crowded and a lovely pool just adds to the experience. You're far enough from John's Pass to avoid crowds and noise but close enough to walk to. Our Unit was spectacular, exactly as pictured and full equipped with the exception of unusable beach chairs. However we were able to rent chairs and an umbrella from the beach for the week.

Dolphins and Manatees in the morning. A little difficult on the parking. We have a a full size Crew Cab truck. Parking was easy as long as no one else was there. Fortunately we parked and had no need to move.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I stayed in this unit a few times in years past before the remodel. What an improvement! The place looks great. We love the location and the beach is never crowded. I was disappointed at how the beach looked unkempt with weeds surrounding the pool and the neighboring property had allowed a mountain of weeds and sand to accumulate blocking the left side beach view from the pool. The master bedroom mattress needs be replaced.

We are so glad you enjoyed this premier condo at The Trillium, however, we are sorry to hear that the beach and pool area was not looking as lovely as ever! We will be sure to pass this over to the condo association as they are the ones that maintain the grounds to the building. We have had quite a bit of rain the past few weeks, weather could have contributed to this but we will be sure to look into things. This place was amazing and the view was spectacular!! Condo was exactly as advertised. The only complaint is the blinds very much need replacing in second bedroom. Maintenance came to repair but really could do much. Just replaced one slat. Light shined in from street every night and couldn’t open or close. That was aggravating but livable. That being said, we loved this place. Had a wonderful trip and next trip would very much love to stay here again. Thank you so much.

Great unit and location

We had a great week at Trillium 4A. Pros: The view is so nice. We spent most of our time on the balcony. The unit has everything you need to cook. You can walk out to the beach or use the pool. We were lucky the week we visited that not many were using the pool so it was quiet. We did use a couple of the beach chairs so that was nice to have. We liked having Caddy's next door for snacks and drinks. We also enjoyed Sweet Brewnette across the street for breakfast. Cons: Having to check in and out at a different location and the rental company just sends auto generated messages (not a person to message with). I couldn't ask questions about the individual unit when wondering what to pack. Overall the unit was wonderful. We would stay here again.

Thank you Stephanie for reviewing your stay at Trillium 4A. Glad you had more Pros than Cons as the condo was nice with great views and everything in the kitchen you would need for cooking meals. Plus, has fun at restaurants near by for snacks. We do apologize if it was inconvenient to pick up keys and parking at another location. We hope to have our new office open soon and closer to Trillium location. We hope you relaxed and had beach time and we look forward to your next stay.
