Come visit this awesome heated pool home in the heart of New Smyrna! Only a mile from the Famous Flagler ave with all the best restaurants, shops, and nightlife. The home has everything you need to enjoy your vacation and very close to everything on this unique island with 13 miles of coastline. You are directly across the street from the beach, restaurants, and a tiki bar overlooking the beach. This home has 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, 2 living rooms with 1 having a door to close off with a desk if you need to work from home. The back yard is the perfect oasis to relax with the pool, great landscaping, and two patio tables with an umbrella to eat your meals by the pool. The master bedroom has a queen sized bed with an en-suite master bathroom that has a walk in shower and french doors going out to the pool. The 2nd bedroom has a king sized bed, and 3rd bedroom has two twin beds sharing a full bath including a tub. And lets not forget about an interior laundry room. This home is perfect for 2 families on vacation together or one large family. Yes this home is pet friendly with a $250 pet fee per pet, 2 maximum limit for pets. Large Fenced in back yard for your furry friend just not allowed in the pool.

Stress, free vacation!!

If you are wanting a stress free beach vacation this is the place to go. Very nice pool area in the backyard and a very short walk to the beach. We enjoyed every minute of our stay there. Also, very convenient to lots of local restaurants.

Location!

A cute ā€œbeachy feelā€ cottage with lots of natural light and nice fenced in pool area and yard.The location was great, close to everything, including the beach.Would stay here again!

Spectacular property

This property was awesome. It was equipped with everything we needed and more. The location was perfect to enjoy the beach and many of the wonderful restaurants in the area! We highly recommend this location.

Beach House

Thoroughly enjoyed our month at this beautiful home. It was convenient to the beach, close to shopping and many restaurants, and had a beautiful swimming pool. The home featured 3 delightful bedrooms and a family room that was spacious, light, and airy. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Vacation/work home away from home

I loved this home - the close proximity to the beach as well as all the restaurants and shopping. Flagler Ave. is less than a mile north which was convenient. The homeowners have provided a well equipped kitchen to cook your favorite meals. There's plenty of cupboard space for your own personal items. Beds are all very comfortable and bedrooms lend themselves to a peaceful rest. It was nice to have the second bath between the two bedrooms in addition to the master. The pool was nice and landscape was beautiful. There's an outside shower as well as plenty of beach items and chairs. I would recommend this home. New Smyrna Beach Realty was wonderful to deal with as well.

Excellent stay!!

This place was wonderful! Close to the beach and restaurants just as stated! Plenty of items to use to make the stay more enjoyable. We will definitely be using this property again and have already suggested it to other family members! Only suggestion would be a new grill, but other than that everything was terrific!! Thanks for an excellent stay!
