Le A 145 m² cottage, tastefully furnished, that can accommodate up to 10 people. It is completely self-contained and consists of a large living/dining room, a kitchen, and 3 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom.
Below is a detailed description of the sleeping arrangements:
- Bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200)
- Bedroom with a double bed (140 x 190) + a single bed (90 x 190)
- Bedroom with 3 single beds (90 x 190)
A crib is also available (other baby gear is available upon request)
- One additional double sleeping space on a premium-comfort convertible sofa bed is available in the living room.
A very large, shaded stone terrace will allow you to enjoy this exceptional setting throughout your stay.
The house is located on a property spanning several hectares; the owners live on the estate and are available to assist with any requests during your stay.

Several hiking trails are immediately accessible from the property. Laprade Basse Lake and Montagnès Lake are less than a 15-minute drive away.
A real bonus: thanks to its mid-altitude location, you’ll be delighted to escape the sweltering temperatures of the valley.
