Beautifully manicured cabin in the hideaway of Eagle Springs Resort! Pristine clean & beautifully detailed describes this cabin. In addition, our cabin is maintained with an additional service to prevent bed bugs from ever being part of your experience. The cost on our part is worth it to us, to make sure your experience is incredible! Fair Bear Den is a mountain experience without the scary switchbacks & narrow roads. New to the rental program making it fresh & up-to-date with all of the amenities & more! Beautiful new granite in the kitchen & new flooring in the living room, dining room, kitchen, hallway & both bathrooms gives it that extra clean feel!! There is a hot tub! Please bring a hot tub towel for each guest. The cabin provides each guest a bath towel, hand towel and wash rag.
The resort is absolutely impressive with its perfectly groomed roads, communal pool, picnic area & overall beauty! The amenities & comforts ensure the best experience possible in this cozy cabin, overlooking scenic views. WOW, an 11 min drive to one of the top 50 US golf courses, a 7 min drive to the huge new Soaky Water Park, & a short drive to Pigeon Forge & Gatlinburg for endless entertainment! Barbecue on the spacious deck with the new grill (plenty of propane) & take a soak in the hot tub! Consistent 5 star rating on other sites. The Fair Bear Den is here to make your vacation dreams come true! We strive to not disappoint! Enjoy! Person renting must be 21 years old or older.

Amazing Cabin

The cabin was absolutely beautiful! The bedrooms were perfect and my son loved the loft with the pool table! We loved going to the pool at night after a full day of exploring Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. We relaxed in the hot tub every night before bed. It was peaceful at the cabin yet so close to all the attractions. Renee responded right away when we needed help with anything. Highly recommend!

Great mountain getaway!

My family loved the cabin! The location was secluded yet not too far from area attractions. The cabin was perfect for our family of four. We would highly recommend.

Beautiful Cabin in Quiet Area

This cabin was very comfortable and exceptionally well kept. The amenities were plentiful, the hot tub was perfect and the pool was great. Thanks for an amazing stay.

Amazing accommodations.

Renee and Tim are exceptional hosts and were extremely responsive. The cabin is beautiful and very clean with all amenities you could need. We would absolutely stay again and recommend.

We loved the house with all the bears. Learned from the guestbook to do the cades cove loop. Magical to see bears in the wild. Thankyou for staying in your cosy cabin

Family getaway

We had a great time together. Even though the cabin is in a community, it was quiet and peaceful. We loved the decor and the community pool was nice too. I would love to stay here again.

Cabin experience without scary roads

Thus was our final family trip before our daughter goes to college. We greatly enjoyed the board games and community pool. Cabin was clean and comfortable with paved roads!

Wonderful cabin

We enjoyed our stay at this cabin. The kitchen has everything you need and is the most well stocked of any vacation rental I have ever been to. The furniture is also top notch and was the most comfortable at any vacation rental as well. The hot tub was very relaxing. Would definitely rent this cabin again.

Loved the Cabin

Loved this cabin!! Perfect location, had everything you needed plus more. My youngest daughter loved the selection of board games. Felt very homey. The beds were comfortable. Would be great to have 1 more light in the parking area. Would definitely rent again and tell others about it. Thanks for having us.

Owner was very responsive when I couldn’t see my trip information on VRBO. The cabin was in a good location for the Ponies in the Smokies Mustang show at the Sevierville Convention Center. We enjoyed our stay.

Great Getaway

Super clean and comfortable cabin. We especially loved the hot tub since the weather was cooler than expected. My boys loved the pool table and video game. The owner's were very responsive to my questions!

Cute family cabin

Cute cabin, far enough from the crazy of tourist areas, close enough to get to activities in Sevierville, Pigeon Forge, and Gatlinburg. Stayed here to visit our son at UTK, only 50 mins from Knoxville and an easy, pretty drive. We’ll stocked! Comfortable and clean beds and furniture, peaceful porch for relaxing. Plenty of room for 5 adults!

Perfect stay

The house was everything and more that was listed. I stayed with 2 of my teen grandsons and they loved it. They played pool, enjoyed the hot tub, and hiked around the neighborhood. We were not far from restaurants and entertainment, yet far enough not to be caught up in the crowds. My favorite part of the property is how safe I felt. Being alone with 2 teens can be scary, but as soon as I pulled up, I knew we were in a safe area. Renee and her husband even went the extra mile to provide security. I have stayed in many rentals, and this was by the far, the safest I have ever felt.

Perfect cabin getaway!

We had such a great stay at this cabin! My son (6) loved sleeping in the loft “his treehouse”. My daughter (13) loved having a room with a private bathroom. This house has everything we could have needed and more. The owners were awesome and very quick to communicate with us. It was away from the crazy touristy areas and very private. We loved it and would definitely stay again- very clean, tons to do, cozy, comfy! Oh, did I mention the hot tub?!

Couldn’t have asked for any more

Everything was absolutely perfect and no detail was left out. The cabin was spotless, Tim and Renee were great to communicate with and so nice! Checking in was a breeze and it was very easy getting there. The beds were very comfortable. Our son enjoyed playing with all the awesome games in the loft area. You will not be disappointed if you stay here. We will definitely be back!

Absolutely love the location and beauty of the log cabin!

We loved everything about the cabin. They had so much for the kids to do games, arcade, pool tub, pool at the resort and hot tub. The kitchen was fully stocked and they thought of everything you would need! We loved sitting on the back deck and enjoying nature! The whole cabin is so clean and well taken care of and very comfortable beds! Any questions we had were answered very quickly and were given tips on things to see! We loved hiking to Laurel Falls and saw a bear and two cubs and deer on the hike! We highly recommend staying here and are looking forward to a future stay!

Never A Better Stay Was Had

We have stayed in the Sevierville to Gatlinburg area a couple dozen times over the last couple decades mostly in cabins. This cabin was the best by far. Well appointed with local information, labels on everything for use, comfortable furniture and beds, and all the little things like safety pins to a broom. We brought leaves in on our shoes and swept it all back out to find a well decorated porch with a swing and rocking chair and settee along with a hot tub all in theme. The furniture indoors sat plenty, there were games galore, and a well stocked kitchen with all you could need. We brought all of our own items having learned lessons at other locations but you don’t need to here. This cabin was walker/cane friendly and had a bar to assist getting into the shower. If staying a week or have more than the 4 plus a little one we had in our party, you may want to bring paper products but we were fine. The decor was cute and felt like home. Parking is right outside the door. The drive to the cabin is wide main roads except the last mile or so but it’s two lane roads until the road the cabin is on which is a one way road. It is not bad travel if you are looking to skip out on those gravel or winding uphill drives and don’t have 4 wheel drive. The owners are blessed people that made our stay special. Nice people, quick communicators, and genuinely are great people to rent from and are generous to offer this wonderful cabin for rental.

We are originally from Ohio and we are a family with 8 children combined. The number of grandchildren are growing by the year! Family and memories are everything! Now that the kids are grown, we were able to save for this wonderful cabin, to share with our family and to let others experience the wonder!

After much searching, we found this awesome cabin, in an incredibly pristine resort, with beautifully paved roads, a communal pool and picnic area! Having no cabins across the street, gave it more of a private feel, though you do have neighbors. The deck is extra wide, private, spacious and looks out to endless trees and nature! The inside of the cabin had an awesome palette! After putting in a new granite counter and new flooring in the kitchen, living room, hallway and bathrooms, along with other updates, it made it picture perfect!

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

The beautifully paved roads leading to the cabin and in the resort give an experience of the mountains without the scary switchbacks! The communal pool and picnic area made it a one-stop-shop when not wanting to venture outside of the resort! There is a nearby Kroger grocery store and several great restaurants for any craving! We go the extra mile with our choice of furnishings, dishware, glassware, etc. We want our guests to know that we value them and we want them to come back to continue their memories with the Fair Bear Den!
