Adorable Private Belmont BungaBelow Basement Suite

Nestled in beautiful, booming Belmont w/EZaccess to All major interstates, Airport, Belmont Abbey, Whitewater Ctr. 1 car-please park on curb n front of our home.Located in quite older ‘transitioning’ mill village neighborhood.We have 1 indoor kitty and pup.

The space
My husband , son and I live in the main/upper part of our home, and our private finished basement suite is right below. (BUNGABelow). May hear occasional floor squeaking (we call that old house charm). Neighborhood is very convenient to downtown Belmont and not far from Charlotte, is a ‘transitioning’ place with some homes (like ours) that have been renovated, others haven’t yet. Oh, we share our home with our sweet cat, Junie, who does not enter the BungaBelow and a sweet indoor pup. NO pets, parties, smoking, or filming on site. Please limit cars to one and please park on curb in front of our home.

Other things to note
It’s our basement with approx 7’ ceilings so if you’re super tall, you may find the ceilings to be a tad low. PARKING is on the curb in front of our house.
Must be 24 to book. No smoking of anything at anytime anywhere!
There is one brand new cali-KING sized memory foam bed, however our love seat in the den may be used for an extra (small) guest AND second ‘bedroom space’ is a cozy quasi-private area off the den and has a memory foam twin size, antique metal bed. The one bathroom is only accessible via the master bedroom so while we can accommodate 3 people, it might be COZY! We do live (the BungaBelow is a private basement suite) above so you might hear muffled voices! We have a white noise maker above to offer added privacy.
Lots of extras; cool k-coffee station, cold bottled water, snacks, and brand new 40” smart LED Roku TV. For safety/security of our family, guests and property, we have a blink doorbell/camera at OUR front door only as well as 4 outdoor blink cameras. 1 is @front of our house, 1 is down the driveway(in tree), 1 is also a flood light by trash can area, 1 on side house facing woods/our personal firepit.
