Belmont Lodge Over Garage-Spacious w/Home Theater

A quick flight of stairs, takes you to your warm, spacious and cozy living quarters/suite complete with 1bathroom, spacious open den w/ matching leather sleeper loveseats, kitchenette, home theater w/65” smart TV, dining area, and cozy alcove with FULL size memory foam mattress. Depending on the weather, you can cozy up to the gas fireplace! While it is spacious, we limit guests to 2 adults —best suited for well acquainted friends due to shower openness! NOTE: we have a guest apartment (private & separate) below the LodgeOverGarage so please be respectful of quite (11p) time and noise in general.

The space
Our Guest Suite is a wonderful, spacious, Lodge-like living quarters over our attached Garage at the back of our house and with its own private entrance (we live here year round). To access the area, you will walk up a flight of stairs. This unique space has just about everything you need to settle in and stay a while. Note the full size bed is within an alcove that is small. While it is an overall spacious guest suite, we ask that guests be limited to 2 quaint friends d/t openness of shower. Must be 24 years or older in order to book. Please limit car to one and park on the curb in front of our home. NO PETS, NO PARTIES, NO SMOKING WHATSOEVER of ANYTHING! For safety/security of our family, guests and property, we have a blink doorbell/camera at OUR front door only as well as 4 outdoor blink cameras. 1 is @front of our house, 1 is down the driveway(in tree), 1 is also a flood light by trash can area, 1 on side house facing woods/our personal firepit.

Other things to note
Must be at least 24 years old old to book. We do have a sweet senior kitty (who does not access the Guest suite,) as well as a sweet indoors only pup. Since we live on the premises, we do ask guests to be respectful of our space regarding noise and 11p quite time.ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING OF ANYTHING AT ANYTIME, NO PETS, NO PARTIEs and no unauthorized guests And please limit to one car and park on the curb in front of our home.
