This cozy, island-style studio is only a couple of minutes from Long Bay Beach which makes it the perfect destination in Turks and Caicos for your next couple's getaway. Long Bay Beach has the #1 kitesurfing school in Turks and Caicos and Grace Bay beach, the "World's Best Beach", is a short drive away.

The studio is fully stocked and designed to give you all the comforts of home while you are away. It comes fully equipped with a queen bed, full bathroom, full functioning kitchen, outdoor BBQ, pool, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, washer/dryer, concierge service, free WiFi.

The house is shared with a 2 bed 2 bath main house which is rented together with the guesthouse or separately. You can inquiry within for rates.

Perfect spot for our stay

We loved our stay. The listing is one of the most accurate I’ve seen on this site, the host is amazing, responsive, helpful and very nice. We’ll stay here every time we come to the island.

So peaceful

We very much enjoyed our stay at Villa Bellarosa. Rose checked in with us during our stay a couple of times just to make sure all was well. The villa is in a great location if you don't mind not being beachside. We would definitely stay here again.

Long Bay Hills Bungalow

Absolutely charming little Bungalow. Immaculately, clean, and well appointed. Offering your own private pool and equipped with all of the beach wears you will need for a fantastic vacation. Also a barbecue by the pool to accommodate cooking out at the property and a well stocked kitchen. Would definitely consider this property for a future stay.Thanks to Rose for her welcoming manner.

Back to Turks

Rose was a perfect host and met all of our needs. We wanted to be away from the hustle and bustle so the villa was just what we wished yet close to the grocery and stores. We haven't stayed on this side of the island but found the secret beach access for Long Bay and enjoyed Turks Kabob and especially Cocovans. We love this island and will be back. Paradise

This is a lovely property in an unbelievably beautiful country. It has everything that a small guesthouse can offer. We enjoyed our time there and cooked most of our meals. Beach chairs and towels were included as well as being able to do laundry. This guesthouse is in a very quiet area. Rose is a gracious, responsive host. We would love to return.

The cottage was in a good central location. Long Bay is within 5min drive and Grace Bay is about 10min. It was quiet and the having the pool was amazing. Rose was very helpful and responded right away to questions we had. The only thing I would have hoped for was a full-size refrigerator.

Great communication from the very first moment, super fast with responses to questions. Property is in a fantastic location whether you're looking for a quiet, deserted beach to relax in virtual privacy (Long Bay) or really excellent snorkeling from the water's edge without needing a boat (Grace Bay). Groceries are pricey on the island, but that's to be expected. Unit equipped with nice folding chairs, cooler, and outdoor gas grill, which was clean, well-kept and stocked with plenty of gas. Can't say enough good things about this place!

Hidden hideaway

Pros-Very private and concealed but we were the only ones staying there. It would be great for a family to rent both units but I imagine if someone rented the other unit it might be awkward. We really enjoyed our private time and had most meals at the house which saved us a lot of money. The grill was broken so we didn't use it but the kitchen was workable. It is pretty close to all the action but we had to drive to the beach. We are pretty easy going people and even did some minor repairs on the pool. It was a nice getaway but definitely not luxury living if that what you are looking for. Rose was great and easy to work with. Cons-Really had trouble finding it at first. A lot of construction in the area so if you are looking for quiet it's not exactly serene yet until construction is done. Neighbors have a rooster that crows all day. House Cleaner showed up very early on our last day, We hadn't had breakfast or showered and had hoped to hang out at the pool till we were ready to leave and our flight wasnt till 4. So we felt kind of kicked out before 10. We had planned on leaving it as we found it but did not have a chance. Mattress really needs to be replaced, just moving on it makes noise. The slider screen was ready to fall off so we had to be careful with it. A shower door is missing. The place needs some upgrades but we enjoyed our time there.

Clean, No Fuss Accomodation

Rose was great to work with and the property was exactly as pictured. I have made a list of pros and cons... Pros: - Very clean. No issues with anything being dirty. -Pretty good location, just a few minutes drive to many beaches -Rose was pretty quick to respond, and she allowed us a late check out by 2 hours Cons: -Tiny fridge. They need to just put a full size fridge in the unit. -Not enough toilet paper was initially provided. We had to ask for more, which Rose brought over but kinda an inconvenience. - Only 2 beach towels were provided, another 2 would have been handy so we could have one set drying and use the next set - There was no hand soap in the bathroom. There was a bar of soap but we used that in the shower as body wash. So a pump style hand soap would have been great. -The chairs by the pool are in very rough shape. I didn't sit in them for fear of falling through. Also the chairs provided to take to the beach are on their last leg as well. -The bed was very hard. You can feel the springs and hear them popping as you sit on it. I like a firm mattress but this was so hard my husband and I both were complaining of back pain by mid week. - Common condiments like ketchup or sugar or cooking spray would have been nice if they were provided. Also there was no pizza cutter. Overall, my list of cons is pretty nit picky and I'd likely stay here again because the price was right and cleanliness beats all other issues for me.

Beautiful and comfortable!

The property was amazing. There is a second villa at the property but it wasn't in use while we were there so we had the pool area to ourselves which was so very wonderful. It was very clean and the amenities were as described. There was A/C but we didn't use it as it cooled down sufficiently with the ceiling fan. This island is expensive so having a place to make most of our meal was a huge benefit. Beach supplies were provided including snorkeling gear so if you are looking to save space and travel light you'll be all set here. I would definitely stay again. We loved it. Our favorite vacation rental so far!

Great host and space

Over all everything was great. We missed our flight due to the airlines and arrived a day late. I called host day of and asked if there was anyway we could check out the following day to get our day back and it was a quick response. Every time I reached out the response was quick. The washer on site was great and everything needed was provided. The only problem was the water pressure in the shower was low and often took a while to warm up. The cool water was great however because it was hot so no problem there just the water pressure and shower head seems to need a replacement. Great experience and we will stay again.

Beautiful Spot

Beautiful spot and a wonderful host. The property has lovely surrounding views. Make sure to have a rental car if you stay here as the taxi's are really expensive. Overall, great stay!

What you see on the pictures is what you see when you arrive. The host was very warm and welcoming. The check-in process was easy and stress free. The location was perfect. The breeze was EVERYTHING. 10/10 would recommend! Will definitely book again on our next trip to TCI.

Super Great Hosts and House

Right where we wanted to be and had everything we needed. So comfortable and clean! Laundry, pool with floats, etc., beach chairs, coolers. Close to Grace Bay and down the street from Long Bay Beach. Can't say enough great things about the hosts with made our stay even better!

My experience

Overall the villa was really nice and super clean. It was close to everything which made our trip even better because the taxis are so expensive. Our last night the wifi went out so we had no TV. But besides that I would definitely stay here again.

Hidden Gem In Paradise! Great Location

Safe Location, quick response from the guest house owner. The pictures don't do justice. The property is clean, decorated very nicely and has everything you need to enjoy yourselves. Using a rental car, you will have fast access to different beaches, stores, bars and restaurants. After a long day at the beach, it's nice to relax by the private pool. and utilize the washer and dryers to clean your clothes. Book it- you'll be glad you did!
