Spread out in the spacious, carpeted living room to enjoy a cozy fire in the gas fireplace after a day on the mountain ski runs. There's plenty of board games and books to keep everyone entertained, and you can play some fun tunes easily with the sound dock. The kitchen is fully equipped to help you cook up delicious meals throughout your whole vacation. All the bedrooms are downstairs, and each has an en-suite bathroom! The bunk room includes a direct entrance to the back patio. Guests will also be able to access the shared hot tub all throughout their stay.

You won't have to venture far for fun, as this mountain retreat is right in the heart of downtown Winter Park. That's right, all the restaurants and shops from downtown are just an easy walk away. Guests also won't have any trouble getting to Winter Park Resort, located just under three miles away. The bus stop is conveniently located directly in front of the condo building. You’ll also find plenty of terrific hot-weather activities nearby, including the Fraser River Trail and the Jim Creek Trail, both less than six miles from your front door. Summer visitors will find a wide array of outdoor activities nearby, including mountain biking, hiking, hot-air ballooning, summer tubing, horseback riding, rafting, fishing, boating, golf, alpine slides, and ziplines!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
