The living room is also furnished with several comfortable pieces, including a newer sofa. Please be aware that air conditioning is not available.
This property features a complete master suite, which includes a newly installed bathroom and a King-sized bed, both introduced in April 2021. A unique feature of this unit is the heated floors in the bathroom. The second bedroom is furnished with one queen bed, while the third bedroom includes a Captain's Bunk. Guests are not allowed to smoke or bring pets onto the property as per the rules of the Homeowner Association. These regulations will be rigorously upheld, with a 200 fine imposed on guests who violate them.
