Cycle along the convenient bike lanes on the complimentary bicycles—helmets, bike lights, and bike locks provided. *Just hanging out? The delightful front porch is the perfect vantage point to watch the world drift by on island time on this quiet, three-block long street. Tuck into the cushioned porch sofa, sheltered from the street or on the sunny yellow Adirondack chairs with new cushions. *Working remotely? Zoom from an easy chair in the sunny yellow bedroom or an oversized upholstered chair in the sunroom. Prefer a desk surface? Choose among the dining room table, kitchen island, or more private bedroom desk. (High speed fiber internet, plus HP Deskjet 3755 printer & shredder.)
*Eat your breakfast by the pool, lunch at the kitchen island, dinner at the dining table. Or dine out after a short walk or easy bike ride. This bright, beautifully renovated Conch cottage is one of the most charming properties in Old Town Key West. Featuring Dade County Pine throughout, ceramic tile bathrooms and tasteful décor selections by a well-respected southeast designer.

*Two spacious bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms feature queen and full beds on opposite sides of the house for privacy, plus luxurious linens and towels. An open living room with expandable dining table leads to the gourmet kitchen plus a cheerful sunroom. The kitchen features Fiesta Ware dishes, Royal Worcester serving pieces, ample barware, pots and pans. Conveniently launder your clothes with the in-home washer/dryer.

*Located on one of the most desirable streets in Old Town, this quintessential Key West oasis is an easy walk from Duval St. and a short stroll from the Historic Seaport. Park your Mini-Cooper sized car off-street on a gravel pad.

*This is a private home, first rented out for the 2021 season (see our 5-star reviews!) and now very limited 2026 dates. Regretfully, no pets, no children, no smoking, no parties. No exceptions.

As a frequent visitor to Key West, this stay was at the top of my list! This charming property, gave me such a feeling of comfort, relaxation and privacy. The host was such a pleasure to deal with and provided me a thorough range of information and recommendations, that only a seasoned local, would know best. Everything was perfectly in order upon my arrival and for anything that I needed further, the host was promptly attentive — I found that the whole process very easy-going. I would highly recommend, to any island newcomer or old-pro. My only regret is that I did not book my stay, for longer.

Perfect, Relaxing Getaway!

This vacation was a life saver. After a year of staying in during lock down and social distancing this rental was just what I, and my guests, needed. The home is a perfect mix of old Key West charm and convenient upgrades. It's located on a quiet street at the edge of downtown yet easy to get to just about anything. We walked everywhere we wanted to go. I can see the benefits of having bikes handy but we preferred the walking. It was really a great way to take in the neighborhoods and all it's old town sights. The home is perfectly set up, it has everything you need to entertain when staying in, cooking a meal or just lounging by the pool. The bedrooms are spaced apart so you have privacy from one another when you want space. The colors and decorations in this conch home really make you feel like you are somewhere special and makes you feel like you truly are away from it all. My favorite spot was sitting on the front porch, wine in hand, during the early evening hours watching all the locals and dog walker pass by. The backyard is perfect for those lazy days by the pool. This is a must visit kind of home to see just what I'm talking about. It's hard to put into words the feeling you get when you are living like a local on the island. I would def' book this home again and again.

You'll wish you had longer!

Ashe street is exactly how it is pictured and even better! Situated on a charmingly quiet street, the home and amenities were just what we were looking for in our Key West rental. Spotlessly clean, easy to maintain, and a pool and deck that are to die for! You'll even want to leave the beach to come home to it! Have a cocktail or coffee on the front porch and enjoy the peace. The location is prime! Literally everything you could want to see is .4 or .8 miles away. You can be in the hustle and bustle of Key West in 10 minutes and then retreat to this peaceful abode. Bikes are included which is the best way to get around. Judy, the host, is so kind and happy to help. Check in and check out was seamless. A full list of local recommendations were waiting when we arrived. We stayed for two months at this property, as a cold season getaway and to used it as a home office. Wifi is fast and there is plenty of space to spread out. Kitchen has just what you need, beds are comfy, and the space itself is light and airy. There are multiple spots outside for a meal, a drink, or just lounge in the sun or shade. After just one week here, we extended our stay an additional two weeks! I imagine everyone will want to do the same, and with a home like Ashe street, you certainly should. We would book again in a heartbeat!

An Oasis in Old Key West

This cottage in Old Key West is a true gem. The owner provided great instructions and recommendations and was a pleasure to work with. The location is such that you are less than a mile from Duval Street if you want to be in the action, but the neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. The house is very tastefully decorated, and the kitchen is well appointed. The front porch is a great spot for an early evening cocktail. But the back deck is truly an oasis. The small private pool is perfectly refreshing on a hot day, and the deck is also equipped with a retractable awning and a large fan. The pictures don’t even do it justice. I highly recommend this spot for your extended stay in Key West.
