Perfect for two, this Bali style, studio cottage has it all... COMFORT and LOCATION. Located on an Ann Street compound just one half block off Duval Street next to The Curry Mansion between Duval and Simonton Streets. Ann Street is close to the Historic Seaport for casual dining and water sports activities, Sunset Piers and all the activities of Duval Street including Sloppy Joe's, Hogs Breath and other famous bars, restaurants and attractions of lower Duval. All beaches, activities & attractions are walking distance or a quick bike ride away, you do not need a car. (There is no parking provided)

The Old Town Bali Hideaway studio has a queen-size bed and sitting area, efficient European style kitchen, bath with oversized shower, tiled floors and Bamboo ceilings! Relax in the private fenced in patio courtyard or around the large shared free-form pool and tropical garden. Here at the Old Town Bali Hideaway you will feel as though you are in a peaceful retreat yet step of the property and be apart of all the Key West action.

Quiet relaxing & secluded in the heart of Key West

Very nice property with privacy. Each cottage has their own private courtyard or patio. Our cottage was a studio, small but very well done & had everything you might need. Bathroom is small.

Great private small cottage, but right in the heart of KW. pool and room were great for resting. walk to anywhere. everything we needed was there including coffee maker and dehumidifier.

A wonderful oasis

My husband and I stayed here for a week to celebrate our tenth wedding anniversary, and we loved it so much. We especially enjoyed the gorgeous heated pool, which was large enough to swim leisurely laps in.

Great Location

Bali Hideaway is in a great location! Easy walking distance to seaport, Duval St and restaurants. We also enjoyed the privacy and quiet.Our only complaint is the cleanliness of the property. While it wasn't terrible more attention to detail in the cleaning (vacuum rugs, mop floors, etc) is expected at this price point.

Just Perfect!

Bali Hideaway was just amazing ! Perfect location and the unit was as described on the website. We were 1 block off of Duval Street and you would never have known it. Love the tropical feel of both the unit as well as the property. We will definitely be staying here again next year!

Best kept secret off Duval. Our 3rd stay here and we have loved every stay! We love the privacy and location. Only downside is we have to leave.

Bali Hideaway, Key West

Bali Hideaway is one of a few bungalows in a private, quiet, garden like setting right in the heart of the town. Winding pathways lead to your private patio and to the pool beyond. Short walks bring you to myriad eateries, drinkeries, and shopping. We enjoyed our time there and will return.

Great location

Fabulous oasis in the heart of Old Key West. Anyone whose has not been, i would not rent a car, parking is a pain and you really don't need one. I absolutely would stay at this wonderful bungalow. My wife's 40th Birthday was simply perfect.

Perfect Hideaway

We stayed at this property around New Year’s Eve and it was LOVELY. The room was modern and nicely decorated. The kitchen was stocked with cooking supplies and even had some coffee filters and Cuban coffee. Plenty of towels and blankets! The bed was very comfortable and the patio divine. Sitting outside, all you could hear was the breeze in the palms above. It was perfect. Location is so close to Old Town and the harbor We walked nearly everywhere. Owner was quick to respond to communication and very friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend staying at Bali Hideaways!

Thanksgiving Bali Hideaway

We truly enjoyed our stay at the Bali Hideaway. We walked everywhere! We loved our accommodations that included a heated shared pool that was lovely. We even saw the resident iguana that visited us poolside one day. What a treat! The kitchenette was perfect and we enjoyed some breakfasts and lunches on our private patio. The queen bed was comfortable. Everything was clean and ready when we arrived. Can’t wait to come back! Thank you!

Excellent in every way

This was our first visit to Key West Fl . Dean Carlson made this vacation worry free . He was very accommodating and helpful . The house Was beautiful , clean and was stocked with everything we needed. The grounds were clean and looked like a lush tropical hideaway . Dean even assisted me in finding a house for our daughter and son in law when their original reservation fell through . Over all our experience with this property and Dean Carlson . He went above and beyond to make sure our stay was noting short of perfect . We are already planning our next stay ! Don’t miss out on this property . It is private , secluded , clean and over all amazing .

Bali Hideaway

We loved staying at the Bali Hideaway! We had an issue with the refrigerator not working. We contacted the management company and they sent someone out right away. His name was Russ. Did everything he could do but frig needed replacement. It was over the 4th of July so getting things replaced was a bit hampered. I texted the owner who was able to provide a mini-frig to get us by for the remainder of our trip. Dean Carlson is an amazing host and very responsive to any requests. We will continue to rent properties owner by Dean in the future. We love the location and look forward to coming back!

Great Place

Perfect place to stay. Everything you need to do is in walking distance. Very close to Duval. Our bungalow was perfect. Didn’t need anything bigger. The only complaint I have is that the outside landscaping could be worked on a little bit. It’s not bad but just a little touch up of things would be great. Our patio could have been updated a bit. The covering over the lounge chairs needed to be replaced. The lounge chairs could have been cleaned as well. For the amount of money we paid, the place should have been cleaned up a little better on the outside. The pool was great but the cushions for the patio table were starting to get dry rotted from the sun. Overall it was a good place to stay.

Great location!

The property was a great little hideaway off the main strip. Like others who have reviewed the property, we completely agree about feeling secluded in your own world, even though you're a minutes walk to everything. The place was clean and check in was super easy. Some areas that could use TLC is the bug situation. It is mentioned on the info board in the room, but they were present from the moment we checked in. I ignored these massive flying ants at first because they just seemed to be in the bathroom, but they eventually ended up in our bed and drove me and my husband nuts. We didn't mention it during the stay because we didn't feel like dealing with the room getting treated. I would highly recommend hiding some ant traps or something. Another issue completely out of anyone's control was the construction happening directly on the other side of us. They respectfully started at 8am everday, but it was definitely noisy. Luckily, we weren't there much. Other than that and the place being a lot smaller than I realized, given the price we paid, our stay was nice and relaxing. We will most likely stay again in one of the larger rentals.

Perfect place, perfect location

I can't say enough good things about this property. For being in the heart of Key West this cozy and quiet rental, just around the corner from Duval street, would seem impossible to find. Speaking of location, it's just a few blocks to the historic seaport & Mallory Square. If you're looking to spend some time in Key West this little treasure is the perfect place to stay.

The host was very helpful and easy to reach; Great at answering questions! Fabulous location right around the corner from Duval. The Bali hideaway was beautifully decorated and clean...perfect for 2 people!
