Parking, dishwasher, coffee machine, refrigerator and microwave are available.
Bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning charge.

It is ideally located close to the ski slopes, 850 m from the Chamonix-Mont-Blanc Tourist Office, 800 m from the Casino le Royal and an 11-minute walk from the MUSÉE DES CRISTAUX.
You'll be staying in the CENTRE-VILLE. So you'll find everything you need: stores, businesses, ski rental services, ski schools, boutiques, cafés, spas...
Bars and restaurants are also nearby. For your daily needs, there's a Carrefour Market Chamonix Mont Blanc just an 8-minute walk away and a SPAR 3 minutes on foot.

The area is also within easy reach of the Aiguille de Midi cable car and the Montenvers station (for visits to the Mer and Grotte de Glace). You also won't want to miss the Domaine des Planards amusement park (6 min. drive) and the Richard Bozon Sports and Aquatic Center (19 min. walk).

You'll have a transport card for free travel on internal train routes between Servoz and Vallorcine, and reduced fares on Chamonix Bus urban shuttles (except Chamo'nuit Bus).

## Emplacement
Chamonix is the capital of mountaineering and has 10 ski areas, an authentic and lively city center and many activities are offered in winter as well as in summer (snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, dog sledding, a magnificent spa facing Mont-Blanc, hiking to high altitude lakes, mountain biking...). Other tourist sites are very popular: the Aiguille du Midi, the starting point for the mythical Vallée Blanche, invites you to a unique experience at an altitude of 3800 m, or the Chemin de Fer du Montenvers, leading to the Mer de Glace.
