Fabulous 4 bedroom 3 1/2 bath townhouse located 2 Blocks from the Atlantic Ocean and Ocean City's Famous Boardwalk. Unit has 2 car garage on the first level and assigned parking spot right outside of the garage (3 parking spaces total & generous for downtown OC). Beautifully maintained unit located right in the heart of Downtown Ocean City within walking distance of major attractions. Ideal spot for fun and beaching!

Restaurants, Golf, Recreation are all within walking distance! Captains View Villas is a complex with 6 other units that can be rented for team and sports events, family reunions, OC Events, or just a getaway at the Ocean!

From the 4 spacious bedrooms including 3 & 1/2 baths, it is clear that this unit has everything that you could possibly need. The kitchen is fully equipped, and you can prepare gourmet meals for small or large crowds. Service for 12+, coffee pot, blender, icemaker, toaster, crab knives/ place has it all.

State of the art technologies are installed in this unit, including flat screenTV's with High Definition Service, private WiFi, Stereo with iPod hookup, and plenty of outlets ... you get the idea. You won't have to search for an outlet to charge up.

There has been attention to detail throughout this unit. Nice wall hangings, chairs on each balcony, places for everyone to sit together. The layout is perfect for large gatherings. **linen and towel service available for an additional cost**

Very spacious place with a great location close to the boardwalk but not too close to the craziness of the boardwalk. Host was very responsive when I needed some help. Place had comfortable beds, lots of TVs for our sports watching during the weekend, and a good layout for our group of 6 adults.

Boardwalk Rock

We stayed at Captains Villa for the first Boardwalk Rock even. There were 7 of us, 4 adults and 3 teens. Accommodations were as expected and perfect for our weekend. Location was ideal, about 1.5 mile walk to the entrance of the festival. Note, when you’re by the ocean the walk goes by quickly. Would stay here again. Recommendation to use the linen service for bed sheets by the host was perfect. Communications with Leslie were quick and direct. We appreciated that. Thank you for a great weekend Ocean City!

Perfect for adults and families alike

Looking to get away to the beach without sticking 5 adults in an oddly arranged bunk room meant for children? One of the few properties in town that has sleeping accommodations for a group of adults. A primary bedroom with a king bed, large private bathroom and 3rd floor balcony. 3rd floor queen bedroom and 3rd floor bunk bed room with a shared bathroom. Spacious 2nd floor for gathering and dining in a wide open floor plan with huge balcony. Ground floor queen bedroom with private bathroom. Plenty of room for groups with children but also works perfectly for 2-3 couples wanting to get away. Great responsive communication with the owner. Clean property with multiple parking spots including 2 garage spots. Can’t wait to book this property again.

Beautiful house; amazing amenities and location!

There were 7 of us (adults 40-67 years old) who came down for bike week. The house was in an ideal location, easy to walk to the beach and boardwalks as well as nearby restaurants but set back and off the main strip. The house was beautifully decorated and comfortable with tons of amenities and space! Leslie was so kind and gracious when we first encountered issues getting in to the house...it would have helped if I had the right house haha but after that it was a perfect long weekend and we all look forward to coming back next year!!!

Vacation

We just stayed here for a week and had a great time. This house is in the perfect location. It’s close to the beach, boardwalk, shopping and restaurants. The owner was great and responded to any questions right away. We would definitely stay here again.

This house is great!

This house was great! I gave it a 5 stars for cleaning although the main bathroom shower head had some mold on it. This is not the owners fault! The communication was great between owner and ourselves we were aloud to check in at 1:30 not 4 which was great! My family was very happy with the sleeping arrangements ..there was 8 of us very quiet at night very close to boardwalk and shops and we were aloud to bring our dog that was the best part ! I will rent again !

We enjoyed the location of this property, close to the boardwalk but also a few blocks back in a quieter, residential area. Perfect for a family, especially with teenagers. Parking was easy. The home was clean, and our communications with the property host prompt and helpful. Note that linens and towels are NOT provided, which was the only negative to this property for us.

Delayed for Cleaning

Before we checked in, I was contacted by Leslie asking if I could run the dishwasher since the cleaning crew forgot to do it. I said, no problem. When we get to the home, the cleaning crew had not even been to the house. Leslie was very responsive and got in contact with a cleaning crew. We were about 2 hours behind checking in after we waited for the crew and for them to clean. Leslie did refund $100 so the six of us could go have a drink while we waited. That was very nice, but we paid over $2400 to stay for 3 days. I also put away the dishes in the dishwasher (which we never used) from the previous tenants as I didn’t want to be charged an extra fee for not putting away the dishes. The remote in the master bedroom did not work as it needs batteries so we could not watch TV. The toilet seat is broken in the half bath. Overall, the house was fine in a quiet area.

Great family get together!!

We loved staying here! We had 8 adults, a toddler, and a baby, and fit very comfortably. The location was perfect and the beach was a very short walk away. What a great vacation rental!!

Great location

Property met all of are needs and was a good central location. Could get anywhere in 15 minutes or less. The neighborhood was quiet. Plenty of plates and glasses in the kitchen. Some of the kitchen cabinets are showing age. Appliances are relatively new and in good working order. The host Leslie was fabulous.

August Rental

We truly enjoyed our stay @ Captains View Villa. The entire process was very easy and Leslie was responsive and accomodating throughout. The home was as described, spacious and more than enough bunk space for 10. Proximity to the beach and boardwalk made for a fantastic time! We will definitely look to stay again in the future!

Fun place and great location!

We really enjoyed this rental. Large kitchen and bed options galore. We also really liked the multiple balconies to get some fresh air. The host was very responsive and helpful, plus the rental was clean and tidy. The only issue was the lack of bed linens, which was not mentioned in the listing.

Leslie’s house was amazing.

Leslie’s house was clean and as we expected it to be. It was only about 2 blocks to the beach which was amazing. We had such a fun time with our family. We will def be back next year.

Excellent place to stay

This house was very clean and nice. Leslie had sand toys, chairs, and boogie boards so no need to pack your own. She was very friendly and easy to communicate with. House was in a good location. It is 2 blocks to beach and boardwalk. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Weekend Getaway

Went down to Ocean City with a group of friends from college and everything was perfect. We didn’t have the best weather but luckily the house was perfect there was plenty of room for everyone and we didn’t feel like we were on top of each other while we were stuck inside. Great location we walked almost everywhere or just a couple blocks over to get on the bus if we needed to go further it was perfect. For being down on the lower streets it was quiet and there was ample street parking. Leslie was an amazing host and quick to answer any questions I had. Would definitely consider coming back to this property in the future!!

Family friendly vacation home

The host, Leslie, was a highly responsive host. She made sure to update us on what happened with door locks prior to our arrival and even sent us boxes of pizza because of the wait. The house was in a good location, close to the boardwalk and spacious enough for a big family. The kitchen has all the necessities that we needed to prepare home-cooked meals. All in all we had a great stay and would book it again.
