Gîte 6 persons with swimming pool

CHECK AVAILABILITY BEFORE BOOKING<br>Gîte at La Ferme de Pan of about 85 m2 for six people including:<br>Large living room with wood stove, lounge area with flat screen TV, equipped kitchen (induction hob, oven, extractor, dishwasher, large fridge-freezer, toasters, filter coffee maker and Nespresso).<br>Three bedrooms all with a 160x200 bed.<br>Bathroom (two sinks and shower).<br>Separate toilet.<br>Outdoor terrace (with teak garden furniture, barbecue) overlooking the garden and pool.<br><br>Our guests will have access to the 5m x 12m natural filtration swimming pool shared between the 4 cottages.<br><br>Our cottages have been restored with respect for the old buildings with natural materials (lime, hemp, cork, old terracotta tiles...).<br><br>The four cottages are located at the Ferme de Pan in Pruniers-en-Sologne, an organic goat farm with cheese processing in AOP Selles-sur-Cher.<br>Come and watch the milking and enjoy our shop where we sell our production (cheeses, yoghurts) but also organic and local products.<br><br>You can also enjoy the 30 hectares of our property and the many rural paths directly from the farm. 🚴‍♀️🏃‍♀️🏃🚶‍♀️🚶<br><br>Visit the Sologne: its majestic forests, its picturesque villages, the banks of the Cher 🚣, the famous Zooparc de Beauval 🐼 and of course the countless castles of the Loire 🏰 including Cheverny, Chambord, Blois, Selles-sur-Cher, Valencay...<br><br>Cleaning fee 60€<br>Linen rental option at 10€/person (sheets, towels, dish towels)<br>Tourist tax: to be calculated according to the number of adults and children<br><br>The rental price includes an electricity package of 8kvA per person, plus consumption billed at the exit.<br><br>Weekly booking during the summer holidays and a minimum of 2 nights outside school periods
