🌞 Large, spacious villa that can accommodate up to 8 people, with a terrace and pool, just 2 km from the beach 🏖

The 150-square-meter single-story villa is located in a very quiet and central neighborhood in the town of Moliets-et-Maa, known in particular for its wide, fine-sand beaches, surf spots, and international golf course just a 10-minute bike ride away.

~~Outdoor amenities~~

The villa features a spacious living area with a private pool and a terrace bathed in sunlight all day long, facing southwest. At the end of the day, you can relax comfortably with family or friends on the patio furniture—perfect for enjoying a final swim or sipping an aperitif in a calm and relaxed atmosphere. A large 10-person patio table with a barbecue lets you dine as the sun sets. If the sun is too strong or the weather turns cloudy, you can open the large awnings.

Behind the house, you’ll find a boules court where you can organize games of boules or molkky.

~~ Living Room / Dining Room ~~

Come enjoy a spacious living area divided into three large spaces:

✨ A large, fully equipped kitchen with an oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, and all the kitchen accessories you’ll need to prepare your family recipes or cook traditional dishes from the Southwest. The four bar stools offer a quiet spot to enjoy breakfast.

✨ A dining area with a large solid-wood family table, easily seating 10 people, is perfect for lunches and dinners.

✨ A living and reading area with a large sofa and a 120cm TV connected to the internet box. Young and old alike can enjoy this airy, quiet space to read a book or play board games. We also provide a yoga mat and accessories for practicing yogis!

The house has fiber-optic internet.

~~ Bedrooms ~~

The second part of the house is mainly dedicated to the 4 bedrooms, which can accommodate 8 people.
On your left, two large bedrooms with 160 x 200 beds and 220x240 duvets.
On your right are two bedrooms: the first has a 140x200 double bed and a 220x240 comforter. The second bedroom has two large 90x200 single beds with 140x200 comforters.

Each bedroom has 4 pillows and a large closet where you can store your clothes and suitcases.
If needed, a portable crib and a baby bathtub can be provided. Please let us know before your arrival.

~~ Bathroom ~~

A large bathroom with a walk-in shower and two sinks. All bath towels are included in the price. The toilet is separate.

~~ Laundry Room ~~

We also provide a laundry area equipped with a washer and dryer if needed.

~~ Location ~~

The village center is 5 minutes away, and the two beaches in Moliets are 10 minutes away... by bike! You have two options:
🏖 Chênes Lièges Beach, a quieter, more secluded “green” beach
🏖 the “central” beach with its bars, restaurants, and nightlife. The perfect beach to learn to surf!

For your daily errands, you’ll find a U Express and Drive just a 5-minute drive or 10-minute bike ride away.

Good news—you can leave the car in the garage! The town and the ocean are accessible by bike via safe bike paths under the pine trees
