This condo is a 1 Bedroom + Den, 2 Bathroom unit. With separate partitioned sleeping area in the den, this condo performs like a 2 bedroom unit!

The master bedroom has a queen bed and connected master bathroom. The den has a wall (Murphy) bed that easily converts from a sofa into a queen size bed. The living room has a queen size sofa bed. Though the condo can technically sleep up to six people, we prefer to limit the number of guests to four.

The condo features a radiant, under-floor hot water heating system throughout the unit; custom hardwood cabinetry with dental & crown molding; travertine tile and carpeted floors with beautiful decorative rugs; wood beams accent the finished drywall ceiling with recessed can lighting; sliding opaque glass wall panels can be closed to separate the den from the bedroom and living room thus subdividing the condo in the 3 separate sleeping areas. Slide glass wall panels into the recessed pockets, and the condo converts into a wide-open space.

Kitchen: Walnut custom cabinetry with granite counters; Subzero refrigerator and GE Monogram dishwasher with matching walnut panels; GE Monogram range and microwave; Reverse Osmosis water filtration system for quality drinking water; George Foreman Grill for indoor grilling.
Bar stools at granite kitchen bar counter provide seating for four.

Granite desktop and desk chair (with wireless and cat 5 cable Internet connection) provides a convenient workspace near the kitchen.

Living room: Wood-burning fireplace; floor to near ceiling glass window-wall system overlooks the mountains and Copper Mountain slopes with two large sliding glass windows with glass safety panels; swivel recliner to view either the mountains or TV; hickory rocking chair; leather sofa bed; custom walnut TV/audio cabinet with 46" flat screen TV and Blue Ray/ DVD player; custom built-in walnut bookcases; carpeted floor.

Master bedroom & bathroom: Queen size bed; bird's-eye maple custom cabinetry (12 drawers, 2 wardrobes with plenty of hangers) a matching headboard with built-in reading lights. 31" flat-screen TV; carpeted floor.
Connecting to the master bedroom is the master bathroom with matching custom maple cabinetry and granite counter. Lots of storage and there is a medicine cabinet located behind the mirror. Walk-in shower with built in seat, filtered rain shower head and steam shower system; 19" flat-screen TV recessed in wall; comfort height toilet

Den: This room overlooks the mountains. Shades can be drawn for privacy.
The wall bed easily converts from a sofa with ottoman into a queen size bed (sofa cushions automatically store beneath when the wall bed is opened). Wall bed has accent lighting above and a power receptacle to charge your cell phone.
Close the sliding opaque glass wall systems to create privacy between den and adjacent rooms.

Hall bathroom: Custom cherry cabinetry and granite counter. Lots of storage and there is a medicine cabinet located behind the mirror. Shower/bathtub with filtered rain shower head and sliding glass door; comfort height toilet.

Storage locker: There is a storage locker in the lower level of this building where skis, poles, snowboards, golf clubs, etc. can be stored. Locker has a combination deadbolt lock for easy access. You don't need to carry keys!

Laundry room: There is a laundry room on the first floor of the Snowflake building with 2 washers and 2 dryers. Pay with app that you can download to your cell phone.

Other amenities: High-speed wireless Internet; three flat-screen TVs connected to Vero internet TV.
