Wonderful property

Well appointed, clean and lovely unit in a great stretch of LBK. Really enjoyed our stay!

We had a wonderful stay and thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The house is very spacious and offers a beautiful view of the bay, surrounded by trees and abundant wildlife. We especially loved watching the many birds right from the windows—it was so peaceful and relaxing.The kitchen was exceptionally well stocked with everything we needed, making it easy to prepare meals during our stay. We also really appreciated having access to the kayaks and bikes. Exploring the area by bike and spending time on the water were definite highlights of our trip.The beach isn’t within walking distance, and it’s a bit of a ride even by bike, but that wasn’t an issue for us. The peaceful setting and all the amenities more than made up for it.Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would happily stay here again. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet, comfortable getaway with beautiful surroundings.

Great house! Loved everything!

Amazing loved everything this house had to offer! Great Location inner coastal way where we would swim our dog Charlie. Great wash area to wash him outside the townhouse. Very clean and comfortable! Only thing missing was soft king pillows! Will be back loved it there!

Longboat Key retreat

This property is nicely updated and very comfortable for two couples. It was nice to have washer and dryer to clean towels for the beach. Beach access was challenging on weekends but during week plenty of parking. This unit had many amenities you want for a beach holiday. There were bikes, beach chairs and umbrella. It was great not to have to worry about those items.

Very nice place

Very clean. nice furniture. They had bicycles, kayaks, towels, pool toys, etc. The only thing I would suggest is a stool or small bench in the master bathroom to sit on. Didn't like the straw rug in the living room as it is scratchy to walk on. Great view of the bay out of second floor windows. Back porch has a view of mangroves. Easy walk or bike ride to the pool, fishing pier and bay. Wish we knew how to put the assist on the kayak to bring it to the bay since they are pretty heavy. Couldn't figure that out. Kitchen is very nice. Lots of great cooking utensils and nice bowls, plates, cups, etc. Wish there was a cabinet that was empty for us to put our groceries in. Nice fridge with ice maker on front. Love that! Appreciate the beach towels available. Enjoyed numerous restaurants nearby. Chart House was our favorite. Thanks!!

Beautiful home - perfect location

This home was perfect for our family. The home is clean and very cute, it offers everything that is needed for a nice vacation. The location and property are great! We stayed with our 4 daughters (17 - 21). They loved access to the bikes, pool, exploring the bay, kayaking and enjoying nature. We also vacation with our dogs, there were nice walking areas, everyone on the property was friendly. The association keeps the grounds perfect. We will stay again. This was a great location - central to beaches, shopping and restaurants. We recommend this property & had a GREAT time there. Very nice!

Beautiful property

A very quiet and beautiful cul de sac property. Furnishings and beds comfy and efficent use of space. Grill, bikes, kayak, beach chairs nice extras. Public access to Gulf a short drive or a longer bike ride. We recommend the nearby restaurants, drive to St. Armand/Lido key. Having garage was big plus. Easy check-in. We enjoyed our stay and this property suited our needs well for a relaxing vacation.

Freshly remodeled

The townhouse was recently remodeled and very tastefully appointed. It had most kitchen items and nice new appliances! However, The real disappointment was the lack of any view whatsoever. The unit looks directly into a tall group of mangroves on the main floor and just barely over the top of them on the bedroom level. Also it is our belief the unit is really not suitable for families with small children or seniors due to two steep stairways. It was quite a climb with luggage and groceries. For healthy mature adults however this should not be a problem. The neighborhood was quite friendly and you could sense an overall sense of community! Especially great if you are a tennis player. A small fee to play at the community courts. Overall we had a nice time.
