Tom Thank you for taking time to write such a nice review. True about the stairs. We try to show them In the photos. The house has the garage and foyer on the ground floor with kitchen living area one ba on middle level and bedrooms 2 ba upstairs. Most love that it feels like a house. But yes- need to be good with stairs. Yes also that we keep it well stocked and try to anticipate guests needs and if something breaks we replace hopefully next day. I was so happy to hear when we talked what a lovely time you all had for your 2 week stay. So sorry to just now see this about the dogs barking. Usually the feed back we get is how peaceful and quiet it is back there so close to the water and you can hear the seagulls in the morning etc so I checked into it with the neighbors and confirmed the dogs were also short term rental guests. In the future either here or at other rentals let the host know during the stay. I would have taken care of it by calling my neighbors the other host family. Sorry that happened.

Yes there are 4 bikes but we advertise 2 and keep 2 for back ups if there is a flat tire but as you mentioned we are super responsive to repairs of any kind if they happen during your stay. Thanks for the 5 stars. I’m so happy you all took full advantage of the area used kayaks bikes ping pong table fishing pier the Olympic pool and attached full bar and restaurant. It really is a special place. I love how your family enjoyed it so much. Looking forward to seeing you again next year.

We enjoyed meeting you and we were happy to be able to provide the added time needed since you had such a late flight home and the cleaning crew were not coming until the next day. Hi Tony. Yes there are stairs that lead from the garage up to the main level and to the bedrooms as well. It is a townhouse v a condo. We tried to show them in the photos and description. Good feedback. Last year we did a major remodel and painted the whole first level and bought new coastal diningroom furniture , an entire living room set from a shop in town and darling new chipendale twin beds and new bedding for all of the beds. We also remodeled the master shower in carara marble and even purchased some new original art work. We also just this year bought the new stainless refridgerator and stove. Next on my list is to find a cute coastal chandelier for over the table and a ceiling fan for the master for those beautiful salty air nights with the windows open. I hope you will come back to check out the new lighting next year. Thank you for staying with us.
