The condo was nice and well appointed

We enjoyed the stay. This place had all amenities as presented in the photos and was cleaner than any condo I have stayed in in Myrtle wood. I plan to rent it again in the future.

Thank you for the review i am so lucky to have the same cleaning service for 9 years now and they live near and get so up set if my guest don't take care of my place. Nice condo

Moving Back

We really enjoyed our stay, we had of room. We were moving our daughter back to college and it was close to all activities. The place was clean and provide all of our needs. Thank you for sharing your place with us.

Wow !!!!

It was the best place we have ever stayed at!!!! Very Very clean, it had everything we needed and it was close to everything. We will be back and were going to bring the rest of the family. Loved sitting on the balcony watching the golfers and the birds. It was nice and quiet and we felt very safe. Thanks again...see you next year!!!!!

My Family and I had a Great Time!

This was one of the best stocked condos for those incidental items that you might not think to pack...band aids, Qtips, things like that. It was also very well stocked with pots, pans and just about anything you would need. We realized on our first day that the iron provided by the condo did not work, Ms. Cooley had another iron sent to us within hours. The condo is very well kept and clean. My family and I would definitely reserve her beautiful condo for future visits to the Myrtle Beach area.

Dear Audry Thank you for your review I am glad you had a good visit at my place ,and i thank you for letting me know about the iron not working when you are as far away as i am you don't go often to check things out.it is always a help if something needs fixing or replacing the tenant will let you know .as you can see when you walk in my place i want it all to work for you . Property Well Kept

Everything was fine for the most part. Guests said the matresses in the room near the second bathroom were very uncomfortable and had valleys causing back discomfort. They also commented that the zebra stripped furniture is uncomfortable as the cushions sank all the way down causing difficultly getting up from a seated position. We had an enjoyable time visiting relatives.

Tnank you for your review Donna Sorry you had a hard time getting up from the sofa it’s a new sofa. We all don’t like the same things I go 3times a year I take all the mattress pads off and dust and clean The cleaning service does the cleaning the other months all base boards fan blades and wash bed spreads I never saw the sag in any of the beds they looked good when I was there in April I will have my cleaning people look at the beds this week Sorry you had those issues Regards Barbara

Wonderful experience!

The property was well maintained, comfortable and just loved the furnishings. The owner and I spoke about a minor issue and she was very cordial and helpful. My daughter and her family stayed in the condo also and were also pleased. The good Lord willing, I would love to reserve it again next year.

Great 2nd floor corner condo

Great 2nd floor corner condo. Very spacious & clean. Quiet & beautiful golf course view from the balcony ! Kitchen stocked with many kitchen essentials. Short walk to nice pool. Condo very close to many shopping locations, many great restaurants & entertainment options.. Looking forward to renting this condo again !

MB Best Kept Secret

WONDERFUL, WONDERFUL, WONDERFUL! I was starting to get skeptical after reading some reviews about the property in general but it became apparent that this unit was not one of those reviewed! The décor was so modern and calming and the unit was spotless! The owners provided EVERYTHING you needed (and a ton of things you didn't know you needed). There were games there that we used for family fun night, movies, magazines...you name it- they had it. Pool access was included- a more private setting than offered at the main site. We were away from the congestion, but not too far from all of the attractions. This experience completely blew my mind and we hope to be back soon:)

Very nice and well stocked

The condo was clean, well stocked and enjoyable. It was nice to have Beach towels, extra toilet paper and other items provided. Great location and owner is great at responding to messages.

Very Nice

Great stay. Very clean and super nice. I had two kids (8&5) they were more rambunctious than usual and I felt like I had to constantly get on to them about jumping around and making too much noise. Being in the second floor I wanted to be curtius to the people below us. It was hard for me to relax. But if you don't have rambunctiousness kids lol then this place is great. Bi-Low and ABC store very close and beach is a short drive with plenty of parking.

Fully equipped, spacious condo

Barbara was very helpful, the condo has enough space to accommodate a family. It's equipped with everything you will need to have a great vacation. All kinds of cookware and utensils. Even a beach umbrella and chairs are provided. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay in myrtle beach. Would definitely come back. Thank you for a great stay

Wonderful and Inviting Conco

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful condo. Barbara thought of everything to make our stay enjoyable, it really felt like home. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. The decor was amazing and the condo was so comfortable and very clean and good WiFi. The location was ideal being right on the golf course, we could watch the golfers. Barbara was able to accommodate our every need and we truly appreciated her hospitality, she is a lovely lady to deal with. We would recommend this condo as on of the best and will be back.

Warm and inviting

This home was the perfect fit for my family. Barbara thought of everything to make our stay enjoyable. The kitchen was fully stocked, the decor was great and the home shows no sign of wear. The location was ideal...a very short drive to the beach with free parking and away from the crowds. Barbara provided ample beach towels and beach chairs. A real luxury having a full size washer and drier to dry out our beach clothes each night. The wifi worked great and there are tvs in each bedroom. The pool was a nice way to spend a little time each night before dinner. Barbara was able to accommodate our every need and we truly appreciated her hospitality. I would not hesitate to stay at her place again.

wonderful vacation

we just returned from a stay at this property. it was wonderful. right in the middle of everything. this three bedroom condo can easily sleep 6 adults. neat,clean, and all the comforts of home.thanks for a great vacation.

I love this property

From the time we entered the Condo til the time my family I and left, it was like home away from home. This place is a MUST DO every summer, the hospitality that was introduce to my family was outstanding. Thanks for everything. Truly enjoyed ourselves.

Exceeded Expectations

The condo was clean, well stocked, and in an excellent location for our golf outing. One trip to the grocery store and we were set for the entire stay. The concern the owner has for her guests shows through, and the elevator in the building is a nice touch.

Perfect

Ms.Barbara has the perfect three bedroom condo with everything you could ever need. Very close to Broadway and the beach. I plan to stay here every year for my vacations to myrtle beach. Two thumbs up

I am glad you liked your stay and will be returning for your vacations I do have a lot of extras that a lot of rental don't have you don;t have to run out for little things at my place. i like making it enjoyable for my guest with the good quality beds, sheets, towels Good kitchen tools to work with and you can have a nice table set with no problem The crock pot can cook your meals while you play the recipe books have some really good recipes The cleaning service do a great job seeing it is in great condition before my guest arrive. Great Rental!

Our family enjoyed our time this week. Our 4 kids had plenty of room in the condo & enjoyed their time on the beach & in the pool, which was a quick walking distance from the condo. The condo is beautifully decorated & has everything you could need in the kitchen & bathrooms. This is a great location to stay and we were close to any place we decided to go without the hassle of all the crowds during such a busy week. Barbara was quick to respond to any questions & it was a joy to rent from her. Will definitely rent here again when we are back in Myrtle Beach!
