The second bedroom features a king bed (which can be converted to two twins upon request) and private bathroom, while the third bedroom has two double beds. The living room has a new queen size sleeper sofa with a comfortable gel foam mattress. You will also enjoy large flat screen TVs in all bedrooms and 65 inch smart TV in the living room, high efficiency washer and dryer, a fully equipped kitchen with new stainless appliances and granite counters. The living room has a Blu-Ray player with WIFI so you can stream your accounts with Amazon, Netflix, etc., or you can connect your own device to the TV with the extra pre-wired HDMI cable. Guests can also park on the 5th level and go straight to the condo without having to use the stairs or elevators!


The resort is located in the heart of the Grand Strand in a quiet family oriented section of the beach. The Cypress Room is an award winning onsite restaurant which serves breakfast and dinner daily with lunch options available on the patio and at the pool bar during the summer months. Activities on site include the indoor and outdoor pool complex which includes a lazy river, three pools, spas, children’s splash pool, and waterfall / rock formations overlooking the beach along with a fitness center and tanning lawn. The condo is high enough up to avoid the pool noise in summer and enjoy total privacy.
