Great time in Grayhawk

Property was super nice and awesome location. Very well appointed, great layout, awesome area for daily walks, private backyard for relaxing. And most of all Sara was an amazing host and always there to answer questions or help if needed!

Fun in the desert

Was very good sized and well stocked there was no communication from anyone to get in to the property but it got sorted out overall a good spot.

Loved!

The perfect spot to get out quick and walk Grayhawk. Beautiful neighborhood and so many walking trail options. Also the perfect backyard if you have kids and don’t want to stress about a pool but a hot tub for adults. Great and easy communication as well!

Quick getaway

Golf getaway for my husband’s 40th. Beautiful house and property in a quiet neighborhood. Close to everything we wanted to do! Great communication and immediate help if any questions arose. Can’t wait to come back!

THE HAWK

Very well, equipped home in a very nice neighborhood accessible to highways shopping shops, walking trails, golf, tennis, etc. The owner’s were very engaging and their home quite frankly had anything you needed. A tad noisy from the traffic on Hayden and a few coffee cups that were not washed but not to be nitpicky an excellent Home.

Wonderful Stay

Our 5 week stay was great. The house was beautiful, comfortable and fully stocked. The putting green and hot tub in the yard were both a source of pleasure for us. Our dealings with the owners were ever friendly and they quickly resolved the few questions we had regarding the house. Another plus was the location of the home as it provided easy access to shopping, restaurants and the 101 highway. It was one of the best VRBO properties we ever stayed at.

Lovely Home in Perfect Location

In town for a wedding. The home had everything we needed for an enjoyable relaxing stay. Fully equipped. Comfy beds. Fun putting competitions in backyard. Enjoyed our morning walks around the Greyhawk community. Close to Old Town and the Marketplace. Check-in was super easy and all communication with property manager very responsive. Highly recommend!

Holidays in Scottsdale

House was beautiful with just the right amenities. Got thru guard gate with no problem but confusion getting key to house. Once that was resolved, we had a wonderful time. House is perfectly situated to golf, shopping, Sonora preserve and restaurants. We’d definitely come back to this rental.

Thanksgiving Get-Away

This house was in the perfect location for us and had the best layout for me and my husband and our two 30+ year old boys and their wives. The golf course, walking paths, pools....are gorgeous! This house has it's own jacuzzi and a fun outdoor fireable and putting green. The kitchen was the best stocked kitchen I have ever used in any home we have stayed in. The response time to our questions was immediate. The entire trip/stay was awesome! We will definitely stay here again.

The property was very clean and comfortable. Everything was in working order including the hot tub. Awesome location close to shops, restaurants and golf courses. The check in process was not clearly explained leading to confusion on which gate to enter, where the lockbox was located and the need to enter the side door. All in all well worth it.

Great Greyhawk stay

Very comfortable home in good location in gated community close to shopping and walking trails. Hot tub was a highlight! A few things worth noting: every time you drive into the community you will go through a manned gate and give your name, which was not a problem but we weren't sure what to expect at first. Also, the house is in a peaceful neighborhood on a cul de sac but backs onto the main road so there is some traffic noise. We travel regularly to Scottsdale and will definitely stay in this rental again.

Extremely clean and well-stocked

The home was wonderful and spacious. So many positives and would highly recommend staying there. Community pool is a 8-10 minute walk...hot tub in the backyard, etc.. Neighborhood is centralized. Using the main gate was a little bit of a nuissance but I understand why they can't give a remote to the renters. The only suggestion that I would give to the owners would be to add a tv to the master bedroom and maybe a cheap makeup mirror to the very spacious master bath. But that's it! It was a great vacation spot for a family of 5 and really could not have been cleaner and more well stocked! I highly recommend staying there.

Absolutely wonderful!

I would definitely recommend this property! Our family has rented several vacation homes and this is definitely on top of the list. Arrival was so easy and the home was very clean...as my mom would say “neat as a pin”! The kitchen is very well stocked as well as all the linens and towels. The location is not only beautiful, but absolutely perfect to where you would like to visit in the Scottsdale/Phoenix area. Beautiful golf, community pool and tennis courts within a short walking distance. Sara was great with communication...responding promptly with any questions or concerns...in fact more questions because there were never concerns! Thank you to Sara and your lovely family for letting us enjoy your rental...we would definitely stay again. I almost don’t want to leave a review as it may be a hidden gem :-)

North Scottsdale Retreat

I stayed at the property with my husband and six year old son for five nights. The property was perfect for us. We’re used to alot of personal space at home so this rental was a perfect alternative to a hotel room or staying with family. It’s open and bright with tall ceilings and the kitchen is well appointed. Almost like being at home. My son (all of us actually) enjoyed the putting green and hot tub. The neighborhood is extremely friendly and quiet. We actually ran into very good friends of family from years back at the community pool! The location is extremely convenient, close to the 101 and 20 Tesla superchargers of which we took advantage! The Grayhawk golf club also has a couple casual, affordable restaurants open to the public very close by. So many good things to say. Janine and Sara were very prompt and communicative. We will be back!

Shortcomings all fixable with a better property manager

1. Your security gate for access is under repair to utilize the other gates I asked for a pass and was told I had to pay for it . The manager indicated only after my criticism she would pay. Too late 2. Check in no one contacted me with information on how to get into property I called the contact Number and waited for a return call which indicated i should have received it from Vrbo. Then I waited for text message for information Your property is lovely. The manager representing you does not do it justice.
