Only 1.5 miles to West World Scottsdale where Barrett Jackson is
held and only just 3 miles away from TPC Golf Course where the Waste Management Cup is played each year.

The backyard matches the beauty of the inside, featuring a sparkling swimming pool, hot tub and lush landscaping. All this, and you’re only minutes from the popular DC Ranch area of Scottsdale.

Arizona is outdoor adventure land, this property is only blocks away from the Gateway trailhead where miles of hiking and biking trails guide you up the mountains for scenic views of Scottsdale.

Sleeping is important to most anyone wanting to recharge on a vacation and this property is outfitted with high end mattresses to ensure you have a restful stay.

Hot tub/Spa is always heated free of charge

Pool heat is $45 per day November - April and $25 per day May - October.

Such a wonderful stay. The house was well stocked with everything that you needed, from plenty of towels, to laundry detergent to board games. We loved the pool and hot tub. Super comfy beds. Would definitely come back!!

Great family home

Multi generational family with ages from 6mo to 70s. Very safe for toddlers, babies and adults. Very child friendly and supportive of relaxed time with special memories. Rooms were soundproof which allowed for each group to have alone time then great shared space that was very supportive of family time. We had a toddler who was thrilled with all the toys and areas. Close to shopping and freeway so supported all activities. Great property

Stayed here in June 2025 and I can’t say enough about this home! We had the best vacation. The house is so incredibly beautiful and has everything! We spent most of our time out at the pool. The house has so many extras and we felt so comfortable there. My communication with the host was excellent and extremely responsive. There were 4 adults and we all had an excellent week and hope to go back again.

Amazing place to stay!!

The home we stayed at in Scottsdale was exactly as it was shown. The property was very clean and very stocked with everything we needed including fun toys and activities for the kids. The pool and views were amazing as well! Garret was very helpful and responsive when we had questions. It was like being at home. I would highly recommend staying here and if we travel back to AZ in the future, we would definitely stay there.

A lovely home to relax in and enjoy the privacy. We appreciated being close to restaurants and shopping. The home is very well maintained and was very clean when we arrived. Our special trip was enhanced by staying here. The home owner, Garret, was quick to respond to any of our questions.

Perfect for families - this home has it all!

Our recent stay completely exceeded our expectations. We were looking for a comfortable home to accommodate our group of 8 (4 adults 4 kids ranging ages from 3-9). We used the pool multiple times a day, the bedroom setup was fantastic and the beds/furnishings were very comfortable. The home had everything we needed in the kitchen, bathrooms, laundry and garage. It was equipped with a wide variety of games and toys for the kids, workout equipment, sports equipment and pool toys. The real green grass, outdoor furniture, pool, hot tub, and privacy in the quiet backyard was so lovely! Communication with Garret was a breeze and we loved how close we were to Costco, dining, and other essential stores. We spent a lot of time at the neighborhood park playing tennis, pickle ball and basketball. We would love to come back again!

This home was awesome! Very well stocked, clean and conveniently located. The pool and hot tub were excellent. The toys were an added plus for our 3 year old grandson. We would definitely come back.

Great Family Home

This is our second year staying here and my whole family just loves it. The pool is perfect, hot tub is great, and the house has plenty of room. The view is breathtaking!!! We plan to stay again!!!

This property is very spacious and has a wonderful oasis in the backyard. Great location and its just as described in the listing. Garrett was very friendly and very responsive to any of our needs or requests. Would definitely stay here again.

Walked into a very clean well stocked home. Great location in a lovely neighborhood. Beautiful yard with grapefruit and orange trees. Owner very responsive and friendly. Highly recommend.

Granddaughters christening and thanksgiving

Perfect house for a family getaway. Pool, hot tub, clean, well equipped, dining room, couldn't ask for much more. Grocery stores and restaurants in the area and I like the north scottsdale area. Will definitely rent the house again if available.

Large, clean house

All the kids toys inside and at the pool were a big hit. The house was well stocked with spices, soap etc that made it really convenient. Owner was very responsive. We never did figure out how to turn the hot tub above 98” but it was so hot outside we didn’t end up using it much anyways. Would recommend for anyone with kids.

Great Location - Spacious House

The location and layout of the house was perfect for us and family prior to our wedding. The host was very responsive and accommodating. The kids loved the pool and hot tub. Our dog would have loved the yard if it hadn’t been time for winter grass and it being watered by sprinklers multiple times a day. A few minor inconveniences - ice maker didn’t work, faucets in the shared bathroom upstairs only partially worked, and just warm/hot water, and lastly, the TV in playroom did not work but none of these kept us from enjoying the space.

Scottsdale Getaway

I stayed at this property for the month of April. The Owner was very responsive to any questions. The house is wonderful…and would be great for a family or actually two families traveling together. Very spacious and in a quiet neighborhood. The yard, pool and spa were excellent!! Great location!!!

Perfect Family Vacation

This Scottsdale home was the perfect getaway!!! My husband, two kids, spouses and two grandchildren enjoyed everything about this home. The pool has a fence around it which is perfect if you have toddlers who cannot swim. This way they can play in the yard and we do not have to worry about them falling into the pool. Our grandson had a blast playing in the pool, the hot tub was clean and a good temp, the bedrooms were furnished nicely and roomy, and it was convenient having 3 full bathrooms. The mountain view is breathtaking, especially on the deck outside of the master bedroom. We loved it so much that we booked it again for next year!!
