Wonderful Beach Vacation home
New Smyrna Beach is one of Florida's best kept secrets. Walk the white sandy beach, swim in the pools, body surf in the ocean, play tennis, bike the beach or in the village, or just hang out at the condo. The large ocean-front sun-deck is also great for enjoying the ocean and sun, reading, watching dolphins or other activities in the surf. Cable TV and DVD in the great room, TV & DVD in the Main Bdrm, TV in 2nd bdrm.
NSB is a short distance from Kennedy Space Center, Sea World, Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, and Historic St Augustine. We are located only 20 minutes from the Daytona Motor Speedway, which makes it an ideal location for the February Race week activities including the Daytona 500, and for July's Firecracker 400 auto races, as well as auto races at New Smyrna Beach Raceway. We enjoy being close to home and enjoying the Canaveral Nat'l Seashore and State Parks like DeLeon Springs, Hontoon Island, and Blue Springs with their Manatees and other natural habitats. The quaint shopping areas of Canal Street in NSB mainland and Flagler Avenue of NSB beachside, as well as restaurants and shopping nearby are added conveniences.
We furnished our unit for our convenience as well as the convenience of guests. The kitchen is furnished with tools and equipment for baking and cooking as well. The kitchen is open to enjoy the company of your family and guests. The patio is convenient for enjoying the outdoors or for expanding the living area and accessing the pools and beach. This unit is a flat with 2 Bedrooms and two full bathrooms. We have placed some games, videos, cards, and books for guests to enjoy. We also prepared a large notebook of information/sites/adventures/restaurants, etc. in the area for our guests' use.

We looked for 12 years before we decided to purchase a condo at this location. We think it is the prettiest property in New Smyrna Beach, well maintained and with excellent on-site management. It's also a special location, barrier island, reached by one of two bridges over the intracoastal waterway, direct beach access on a no-drive beach, less traffic than most of coastal Florida, 3 miles to Canaveral National Seashore.

We love the ability to walk to the pool, the beach, enjoy the ocean without needing to cross a road. There is just nothing like being able to look out at the ocean and to be able to walk out there and enjoy it!
Flagler Avenue, north of us, on the beach side is known for it's Art studios and small shops. Canal Street on the mainland is known for it's historical significance and its quaint shops and city services (Hospital, library, senior center, museums, etc).
New Smyrna Beach has the conveniences needed without the traffic. Two bridges over the intracoastal waterway are your access to the beach side and back to the mainland. Since you can't go north or south of New Smyrna Beach on the Beachside, we have no through traffic! We are 10 minutes from the highway (I-95), 20 minutes to Daytona, but lack the busy roadways.
Canaveral National Seashore is 3 miles south of us, the longest National Seashore on the East coast! The road then ends 6 miles further. No through-traffic to south of there. One can also access Canaveral National Seashore from Merritt Island, south of us ON I-95, but there are no roads connecting the two parts of CNS.
Walt Disney World, Island Adventures, Universal Studios, SeaWorld, and other Parks are about 1.25 hours away. Best plan: spend more time at the beach, especially at the end of your trip for the Best vacation!
State Parks with manatees, dolphins, natural springs for swimming and boating are close.
