You’ll have the entire studio apartment to yourself with a private entrance for easy coming and going. You’re also welcome to use the washer and dryer located on the first floor of the garage.

The garage and fenced-in patio are shared spaces and might occasionally be used by guests staying in the main house — it’s a friendly setup that still gives everyone plenty of space to relax.

This charming second-floor carriage house studio is the perfect spot for a quiet, comfortable stay in Columbus. It features a queen bed, a cozy living area, a dining table, and a small but well-equipped kitchen — ideal for simple meals at home.

The smart TV (no cable) is ready for your favorite streaming accounts, and the kitchen includes essentials like a 2-burner electric cooktop, microwave, air fryer, coffee maker, pots, pans, dishes, and glassware. You’ll also find basic cooking staples such as olive oil, salt, pepper, sugar, coffee, and tea.

There’s a full bathroom with a standing shower, plus laundry access (washer and dryer) on the first floor of the garage.

Step outside to enjoy the shared fenced-in patio, complete with seating areas and a charcoal grill—a great spot to relax after exploring the city.

📸 Booking Requirements
· A valid photo ID is required at booking for security purposes.
· At this time, we are not hosting local residents.

🐾 Pets Welcome
· Dogs welcome! $35/pet per night (max $200/month per pet). Fees will be adjusted after booking.
· Please let us know at booking if you’re bringing a pet.
· Restricted breeds: Akita, Chow, American Staffordshire Terrier, Pitbull, Rottweiler, Doberman Pinscher, Wolf hybrids, Presa Canarios, or mixes of these breeds. Any dog with a bite history is also not permitted (for insurance reasons).
· Pet damages/stains may incur additional fees.
· Cleanup required: All pet waste must be picked up and properly disposed of. A $20 fee applies if we must remove pet waste.

The main house shares the backyard. You may see the house guests in the backyard. The house guests also have access to the garage, so you may see them there.

🔇 Quiet Hours & Noise Policy
· We kindly ask guests to observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 9 AM to ensure a comfortable stay for everyone and to respect our neighbors.
· If noise ever becomes an issue, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us—and we’ll do the same if needed

🧴 Supplies & Essentials
· We provide starter quantities of toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, laundry pods.
· Toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash) and basic coffee/creamer are provided.
· For longer stays, please purchase any additional supplies you may need.

There is no handicap access. There is a flight of stairs to enter the apartment.

💳 Damage Waiver & Fees
- A $69 non-refundable Damage Waiver is required for all reservations.
- Covers up to $1,500 in accidental damage.
- Intentional or negligent damage is not covered and will be the guest’s responsibility.
- Strong odors requiring Ozone treatment (smoke, heavy food, etc.) incur a $500 fee.
