This three-bedroom, 2.5 bath condominium accommodates up to ten guests comfortably - perfect for two couples and the kids, an angling or mountain biking group, or ladies' spa retreat. The master bedroom has a king size bed with an attached bath. One guest bedroom has a queen size bed and the other has two bunk sets with six twin beds total, and both guest bedrooms have access to the hall access bathroom.

The property features a warm, comfortable living space with balcony access and has a big screen Smart TV and a dedicated dining area. The fully equipped kitchen with lots of prep space is the perfect spot to prepare great meals for your group when not enjoying the fine dining downtown has to offer. This three-level home has ground-level, 2-car garage parking with indoor “out of the weather” access into the welcoming foyer. Mid-level you'll find the living space, kitchen, and half bathroom. On the third floor, you'll find all three bedrooms, and the hall-access bathroom and master bedroom ensuite bathroom.

Things to Note:

This is a three-story property that does not have an elevator.

There is absolutely NO smoking allowed near this home – guests must be at least 50 feet from the house if smoking.

This is a NO PET property. If you need a rental that accommodates pets, please reach out to us and we would be happy to provide you with alternative property options.

This home has a two-night minimum stay, but some date ranges require a 3- or 4-night stay.

Make yourself at home, but please be respectful of locked cupboards and doors that indicate a private space.

All of our properties have self-check in via keyless entry or lockbox. Guest access codes and check in information will be sent to guests one week prior to arrival.

Parties and events are NOT allowed at this property.

Check in is any time after 4PM. Check out is at 10AM.

The guest renting this home must be an adult 25 years or older and will be an occupant of the unit during the entire reservation period.

This property is subject to all City of McCall ordinances, including those specific to noise levels, occupancy, and safety.

All reservations must submit identification and sign the DoneRight Management rental agreement w/in 72 hours of booking.

To start your vacation off right, we've provided a day's worth of supplies, including your morning coffee, paper towels, bathroom tissue, and garbage bags. Also provided where required is propane for gas grills and enough wood for indoor fireplace use during your stay. For properties with a fire pit, guests will need to purchase wood, available at several local stores.

Each rental property also includes a guest book with information and tips unique to the home, along with recommendations, local activities and events, local emergency contact information, including how to contact us – we're always just a phone call away.
