This property was very roomy and comfortable for our party of 10. We enjoyed the space and comfortable accommodations. The shower made a loud noise once the water was turned on, but still worked well. We would definitely stay again!

What a beautiful condo. It was clean and spacious. Beautiful location. We've stayed at Pointe Royale a couple of times in the past; but this was by far the nicest accomodation we have stayed in. If I had to find anything lacking; it would be nice to have a couple more hand and dish towels in the kitchen. And maybe a spare lightbulb. The lamp on one side of the bed in the first floor primary suite did not work. Overall though, we were glad that the owners make their condo available to guests.

Everything was perfect for us at this property. The condo looked exactly as it was advertised online. Very clean , perfect for a family of 11. Easy communication with the host when we needed something. We had a minor issue with the dryer not working and our amenities card not working, but I notified the host and hopefully they will get those resolved. Easy check in and check out. Great place to stay.

Outside stairs/handrails to 2nd floor need to be powerwashed; they were coated with dirt and bird droppings. The accommodations were great. clean, etc, Nice furnishings. It was a very hot weekend and it was difficult to get the second floor cooled to a comfortable level. Beds were comfortable, plenty of bathroom space for 4 adults, three teens and two active boys. We had a great weekend!

Nice location. Our only complaint was that the dryer didn’t work, turns out they had the part ordered, but if we had been notified we wouldn’t have done a load of laundry only to have to lay it all out on the table and hang everywhere to dry.

The condo was excellent and I would recommend it for family or friends get away There are 2 things that did not affect our stay but just an FYI…It would have been helpful to have directions on how to operate the tvs. We never could get living room one to work. Also the internet provided on our check in info did not work but the one at the condo did. Did not affect our stay at all but it would have been helpful

Family of 8, stay was Great!

The only struggle we had was that check-in is off site, and we’re confused in the process. The house was amazing, everything you would need for a stay away from home. Want to book again many times in the future.
