🐾 Pet-Friendly (By Approval Only)
We consider small-to-medium, adult, low-shedding dogs with prior approval.
• Please message us BEFORE booking to discuss your pet
• $25/night non-refundable pet fee
• Dogs must be kenneled when left alone
• No pets on furniture or beds
• Must be leashed, quiet, and picked up after
This ensures a comfortable stay for you and our neighbors.

We do ask the following check out procedures be followed-these are standard for the area and are not included in the cleaning fee
-Heat at 60 degrees, or A/C left on at 75 degrees. Please leave A/C running at 70 degrees during the summer months-June through August.
-Remove garbage bags from each bathroom and kitchen. All trash is to be collected and taken to one of the blue dumpsters.
-Soiled dishes are placed in the dishwasher and dishwasher started.
-Make sure ALL windows, doors, and sliders are closed and locked.
(Optional) Please start one load of towels if you have time. You just need to start the washing machine. Our cleaning crew will transfer the load to the dryer. This helps the cleaning crew so much in getting the laundry completed in time for the next guest.
-Leave white amenity cards on the counter. Key cards that are lost or taken home are charged at $20 per key card to replace.
-Take one final look around for forgotten items-cell phone chargers, etc.
-Please make sure all remotes are returned to the designated room.
