DETAILED DESCRIPTION

This 2 bedroom, 1 bath home is 1/2 of a duplex with a shared patio, yard and laundry.

*This 2 unit property, previously a single family home, consists of a main unit and a secondary suite. Some noise does travel from one unit to the other.

Military discount available cannot be combined with other discounts.


PARKING
There is one off street parking space for you, plus plenty of free street parking.





OUTDOOR SPACES (shared)

Covered patio with dining table, and additional chairs.

A portion of the backyard is fenced, there's a fire pit, benches, and an outdoor dining table inside the fenced area! It's a great area to hang with your dogs.

This area is in the rear of the lot, your unit does not open into it.

There's a propane grill for you use, it's nothing special but it works!

If we missed something, or something is in poor condition let us know and we will get it replaced quickly.

Plenty of TP, paper towels, trash bags etc; no rationing.



ROKU or Firestick TV (No cable TV)
Fully stocked kitchen with coffee maker, plenty of dish and cookware
Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash
Bath towels (at least 2 per person)

Extra linens and blankets


Laundry room- stocked with detergent, dryer sheets, stain spray shared with the other unit.

You're welcome to smoke outside, but pick up your butts please.
Additional $75 charge if I have to do it for you.

PETS
We are Pet Friendly!
2 pets


We are happy to consider additional pets, just ask! We do not have species, breed, or size restrictions.
Your pet will likely encounter other animals during they stay since this is a 2 unit property, so we cannot accommodate reactive or aggressive animals.
The pet fee is for interior cleaning, and you will need to pick up any presents your pet deposits in the yard! We charge $75 if there's poop left behind.

MOTHER NATURE
Regular pest control is performed on the property, however this is Florida people! An occasional bug or 2 may find it's way inside.
