It's a shame that you didn't really seem to read ALL of my house rules or the entire description of my home where it CLEARLY states that there is secuirty camara(s) on the outside of my house. You knew this beforehand. My home is exactly as is in the pictures of the listing and in the discription. It is not my fault that you don't have an understanding. From the day the ladies arrived, all the issues started at my house. They even went as far bothering my neighbors, because they told me themselves. (This is why we or anyone in part, has security cameras for). THEY were the ones that damaged the valve from the toilet. They even took out the fire alarm from my house. They didn't just unhook it, they completely took it off and left it on the floor. THEY damaged the garburetor in my kitchen. They repeatedly went to the patio where is clearly stated in my house rules that it was not allowed, where I have stored my son's car with a car cover. They removed the car cover and left it on the grass where it got dirty. My son's car has been stored there for years with a car cover wrapped and its not never been unwrapped on its own. This is why we have security cameras. That is also, how we knew otherwise that she was going through my mailbox. In the USA, going through someone's mailbox if you don't live at the property, is considered a felony. I would have not known this had happened if it wasn't for the cameras she is complaining about, that she knew about from before booking my home. It was a very stressful situation the whole month that they were here. I do not deceive anyone with my property in any way. My house Mrs Deborah, is as exactly shown in the pictures and description. You knew what were renting when you saw my good home. If your standards weren't met with my home and was expecting basically a penthouse of sorts, you should have looked for something else before booking.
