WE ARE BACK! Hurricane Ian had put us on hold for a YEAR!!!! Can you believe it? Due to the rules of VRBO and other hosting sites to keep a Super Host status if you don't have guests for a certain length of time you don't retain the status....all out of our hands. So much destruction but thankfully not to our condo......we are ready to welcome you to our Condo Azur our Boho, Chic and sooo Coastal Retreat again!
Amenities include FIRST & FOREMOST direct access to the beach especially as your first access is the VIEW from your living room, bedroom and private 8th floor balcony w/tall seating (to see OVER the railing). A refreshing beverage on the balcony for sunset is heavenly. Look across and you can see Sanibel Island in the distance. Use the provided binoculars to view wildlife such as exotic birds as Roseate Spoonbills in the shoreline water preserve area just off to the right of the beautiful view from the balcony. An elevator ride & you can enjoy a sunny walk on the beach or a sunset stroll w/toes in the gulf waters.
New floor w/luxury laminate, scraped off popcorn NEW ceiling, freshly painted, all new cabinetry...all beautifully remodeled w/no detail overlooked for your enjoyment! If not the beach, how about a dip in the beachfront communal heated pool?

WIFI, king size bed, 52” smart TV w/cable, new microwave, new Bosch dishwasher, lift top new coffee table for your laptop, 2 lamps in the bedroom w/technology plug ins, full size fridge w/top freezer, stove w/oven, sleeper sofa, original coastal artwork, new luxury vinyl flooring, on site parking w/pass, tub w/shower, quartz countertops, black out lined silk draperies. You know you deserve the luxury.
All FREE parking is for our guests w/a parking pass. Use the elevator to arrive at the 8th floor. For added security there is a code to access the elevator lobby.
Laundry room with coin operated washer/dryers is on entry level. Guests can use rolling carts to carry luggage or laundry. Cart MUST remain in hallway to unload.
Keyless entry for self check. As soon as you step into Condo Azur, the million dollar view is right in front of you! It doesn’t get much better than this! The view is what you’ll use the most and Condo Azur has it!

Christmas at the Beach

We had a great week! The condo was very clean, very nicely decorated, and the amenities were exactly as described with updated appliances, paint, flooring, cabinets, etc. The 8th floor ocean-front balcony was perfect for sunsets and dolphin watching. Amazing sunsets

Absolutely gorgeous sunsets from this property. The condo had all the needed extras that you might forget. Private beach access was a big plus. Definitely a great place to stay !

Perfect relaxation

Loved the condo! Beautiful view from balcony - hearing waves and seeing both sunrise and sunset. So close to walk to beach. Comfy bed, BATHTUB, and all beautifully decorated. WiFi is getting updated so being able to come back and use WiFi for work should be improved! Thanks so much to the hosts who were friendly and very responsive.

Great location, ggod beach access

We enjoyed our stay. We especially enjoyed that this rental is owned by an individual, and not a property investment company. The decor was really great, not just some bland cheap stuff. Sunsets from the balcony were quite spectacular.

Great Condo and view

A wonderful updated Condo with a great oceanfront view! Great communication with owner! Have already booked for next year! The only minor suggestion would be upgraded beach chairs. Only one reclined and we spent a lot of time on the beach. Everything else was fabulous! It’s so comfortable and inviting! Thanks!

Wonderful Beachfront Vacation

The property is beachfront and beautiful. A very well appointed unit, clean and cool. A heated pool and a short walk across the lawn to the beach is all that we needed for a relaxing vacation. It is also very nice that there are restaurants right across the street.

Great experience

Awesome location! Great communication with the owners and overall just a great stay! Definitely recommend. FT Meyers Beach is a very relaxing place to go. A more mature crowd and not so much hustle and bustle. Beautiful beaches.

Beautiful view in a great location!

Condo was decorated very nicely. The view was amazing! We spent most of our time on the balcony enjoying the view and breeze. The property owner was very nice and responsive. The only constructive feedback I have to give is that it would have been nice to have 4 bathroom towels instead of 2. We would definitely stay here again. 🙂

This condo was just perfect for the 2 of us. Everything we needed was there. Property was very well kept and secure. a little bit of traffic due to road work, but nothing we couldn't cope with.

Absolutely wonderful!

We had an amazing vacation and enjoyed your condo so much. It was the perfect place to stay with a seven-year old. The location is great and the views are simply breathtaking. The condo had everything we needed and was super clean and very well cared for. Thank you for being so responsive to all of my questions. It was the BEST week and we were sad to see it end. We will definitely rent your beautiful condo again on our next visit to Ft. Myers.

Amazing Place

Loved our stay!!! It was relaxing and the beach was amazing! Would def stay again! If bringing a pet be sure to follow ALL the rules. I missed the picking up the leash from the office part☺️ Resulted in a couple of calls but taken care of.

Pleasant Escape

Rental was very easy and it was great to find such a nice property that would allow a short rental. The property was clean and appeared exactly as represented. The view from the balcony was amazing! Everything you needed was there and we really enjoyed having a kitchen. The original artwork really made this rental one of a kind. The owners responded to my messages immediately when I had an issue getting the air to work . We have family on the island and usually stay with them in season, but if we come again when our family is not in town we will rent here again.

Property is well kept and very updated. Beautiful view from all windows.

The Owners I’ve taken very good care of their property. Everything has been updated and decorated very nicely. The beach is very nice. Saw dolphins and did a lot of shelling. We could see beautiful sunsets from our balcony or on the beach. He was everything that we expected and then some.

The Perfect Getaway!

After a year of covid isolation, we feel rejuvenated after our week at the lovely Condo Azur. It was the perfect getaway, and we enjoyed the amazing views of the gulf and the sunsets each evening. Condo Azur had everything we needed for a wonderful vacation.

Anfitrião: Jenny and David Licht

As full time Florida residents (transplants from Chippewa Falls, WI over 11 years ago) we are less than 45 minutes away as we live in Estero. We are working professionals with David a full-time Math Professor at FSW and Jenny a professional, award winning working artist and art instructor. David is a US Army veteran having served as a Russian Linguist in the ASA behind the wall in West Berlin, Germany. We are available to assist our guests personally or a member of our family as three of our grown children live within 30 minutes of Condo Azur.
Jenny is also the Artist in Residence at Lovers Key State Park which is only about 4 miles away. Jenny teaches art classes as well as leads free Art Journaling walks during “Season” (all supplies provided) at the Welcome and Discovery Center. Go on the Friends of Lovers Key website for schedule and registration info.

Estero Beach & Tennis Club is situated on 10 acres of manicured lawns and lush landscape. Located across the street from Sanitini Plaza; filled with beautiful shops and an array of quality restaurants.
All your beach supplies from towels to toys are available for your use. The sugar sand beach for surf and sun is just steps away walking on the paver pathway.
If you can think it, Ft Myers Beach has it available. From parasailing, jet skiing or exploring the natural beauty of Fort Myers Beach by kayak there is something for everyone of all ages and energy level! The Publix grocery store is a short drive away, and a Catholic Church, Medical Clinic, plus oodles of great Restaurants.Enjoy the natural habitat surrounding the condo especially during the turtle egg laying season or for bird watching. Maybe you'll be fortunate to spot a Roseate Spoonbill from the balcony using our provided binoculars!
How about a cook out for you and your friends? FREE gas grills are available for our guest’s use in the amenities area. If you’d like to grill and invite a group of friends you can even reserve the lower interior seating area (near elevators) complete with lots of tables and chairs to host your cookout.
Looking to do a bit of activities...try your hand at Cornhole, Shuffleboard, Bocce Ball or if tennis is your game there are FOUR Hartru (clay) courts all free for our guests to use.
There is just so much to do on your vacation! We know you are going to love it here!

There is a gate by the tennis courts. Use the provided code to access. Stroll around the outdoor shops of Santini Marina Plaza. Browse the many unique stores for that perfect gift or tropical treasure. Enjoy any of the 8 of the Island’s best restaurants from casual to star rated dining. There’s something for everyone at Santini Marina Plaza with 30 shops making it the largest shopping area on the Island….including eateries, hardware store, real estate office, jewelry store, and clothing store. Just across from Santini Plaza is a CVS Pharmacy. Don’t miss the Farmer’s Market held seasonally in Santini Plaza parking lot.
The Fish Tale Marina with charters, boat rentals and storage, is directly across the street. Santini Plaza and the marina are so close you can walk. Take the shortcut through the front gate (code required). (Boat dock's also available in the area to lease or buy.)
