This cozy 1 bedroom/1 bath condo on the 5th floor in Bldg. B has great views both day and night. Enjoy the wonderful views of the Gulf during the day, and at night, the beautiful lights of Santini Marina Plaza and surrounding areas. This unit overlooks the pool that is beautifully lit at night. Great view of the pond that is lit at night. Always something for your viewing pleasure whenever you're relaxing on the balcony! This is a home away from home with all the amenities for a wonderful vacation. Located on the quiet south end of Estero Island, but only a short drive or trolley ride to Times Square. Enjoy peaceful walks on the beach collecting seashells, while admiring all of the local wildlife. Be sure to keep your eyes open for DOLPHIN sightings!! Just a short walk across the street is Santini Marina Plaza with restaurants, shops, and more. There is a Publix grocery store two miles north on Estero Boulevard.

Estero Beach and Tennis Club is beautifully landscaped and sits on 7 miles of white, sandy beach. It has a heated pool, a sun deck, tennis and pickleball courts, grilling and picnic areas. The building has a secured lobby, coin and app operated laundry facility on the ground floor, plenty of free parking, and is equipped with elevators. Luggage carts are provided in the lobby.

This 5th floor unit has tile floors throughout, new furnishings, fully equipped kitchen, and large, open-air balcony with high top chairs. No looking through the rails at that beautiful view! There is free WiFi in the unit, and also on the ground floor in the common areas, and around the pool. Towels and linens are supplied, along with beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrella, and swim noodles.

Lover's Key State Park is just a 3 mile drive south on Estero Blvd with a beautiful beach. You can rent kayaks, bicycles, canoes, paddleboards, beach chairs, and umbrellas. It has 5 miles of trails for biking and hiking, and kayak tours are also available. It is home to manatees, dolphins, roseate spoonbills, and bald eagles. There are many more activities on Fort Myers Beach. You will not be bored!! Be sure to scope out the many great restaurants in the area.

Perfect beach getaway!

The condo met or exceeded my expectations. Very well supplied and appointed. Everything worked-everything was clean. Excellent beach location, beautiful views and wonderful pool area. I would definitely stay here again!

Recent trip to Estero Beach and Tennis Club

Great communication with the owner, Cheryl. Very timely and helpful responses. The condo was very pretty, nicely updated and clean! I’m cautious about being in bare feet in a condo, and I was barefoot all week. The balcony was lovely and we enjoyed sunsets from it and the huge picture window. Perfect size for me, my husband and our dog, Holly. The pool was newly done and great! This end of the island was very quiet and peaceful. Wonderful beaches and shelling. The island is still recovering from hurricane Ian, but it’s so nice to see it being rebuilt.

Beware

This is a nice, small condo in a great location. It does need significant updating and maintenance. The listing says washer dryer included but the washer and dryer are not in the unit. They are on the first floor and are coin operated or app operated. The addition of pickleball courts was a pleasant surprise. Not surprisingly, there is considerable construction and restoration going on in the building and around the grounds. And the noise that goes with it. Take note (and pictures) of anything that is damaged, broken or stained in the unit. Over a week after our stay, we were surprised by a $150 charge from the owner for cleaning a couple of stains on the couch. We noticed the small spots on the couch but are confident they were there before we arrived. We chose this unit, in part, because of the 5 star rating. This is not a bad property but it’s not 5 star.

It was so nice being a part of the reopening of the area and see the island coming back to life. Condo was great, convenient and perfect for the two of us. Great views of the sunset and sunrise. Had everything we needed. Very comfortable.

Nice and Quiet

We had a wonderful stay at Cheryl’s property. The view of the beach is great. Communication was excellent with Cheryl and we have no complaints with any part of our experience. The restaurants in the area were wonderful. The condo is located on the quiet end of the island so it is perfect for relaxing. The more active end is a very short drive or trolley ride away. I would recommend her unit.

Comfy and Convenient

Enjoyed our stay in this 5th floor condo. Fantastic views of the Gulf and sunsets, very near our relatives, walking distance to restaurants. Turtle rules not so convenient. Found beach chairs under bed on last day.

The experience was very nice short walk to beach. Restaurants were all in short drive and walking distance. Plenty of pool and beach equipment. There was only one thing that was kinda strat and that was the pool closing at 7:15 pm a little early. But other then that everything was beautiful. Thanks you very much.

A delightful stay

The condo was bigger than expected and very nicely furnished. The bed was quite comfy and any questions I had were promptly answered by the owner. The view of the pool and beach were fantastic! Traffic on Ft. Myers Beach can be a bit of a headache so it was wonderful to have 5 really good restaurants plus some nice shops right across the street. We had a really great week here.

Everything you need for a week. Comfy bed, pretty good view. Only negative was the dirty floors, they should have been cleaned with a wet mopped.

Vacation stay

All went well. The room needs to be updated slightly - maybe more updated televisions and cable. Well equipped with the necessities needed for the week. The pool closes way too early in the day - 5:15p. Pets are very restrictive on the grounds. The washer and dryer are community shared. We will consider staying at this property in the future.

great location for a couple

i have previously stayed at this property in another unit. this unit is not direct facing west gulf frontage as the other unit was, but it had an angled western exposure that gave a beautiful window view from the living area that afforded a bit of privacy from other units. the balcony also had some western exposure and eastern exposure giving both sunrise and sunset views. the beach is steps away and is very appealing. the unit had all i could need . i would definitely consider this unit again in the future.... very clean unit

Nice Quiet Location

Great get away location. View from condo was awesome. Condo was very clean and well equipped. She does provide all the accessories for the pool and beach that you would need. We would recommend dining at Doc Ford's. Cheryl was great to work with. She is very prompt and helpful. We hope to return sometime in the future.
