I'm glad you're home safe. Chains are needed with this much snow on the roads. The new tenants are in the unit and enjoyed the fresh snow on Mammoth's Ski Resort today. We were happy to let you stay in our unit all day, past your rental contract (for free), so you could dig out your car. And still, you threatened us by insisting you stay in our condo overnight, when you knew it was not available. I've never had a tenant as rude as you are. The maids were appalled. You made them come back to the unit, multiple times, when you know how tough the roads were. You made it extremely hard on the maids to get their job done for the next tenants. The complex worked diligently on moving the snow for you. The had multiple snow removers coming to the parking lot and roads, to clear the way for you. And yes, one of the excavators broke down, and was eventually moved. We even offered to pay for your car to be dug out, which is not part of our normal service contract. And, curiously you refused our help. It's sad we had to get the police involved. The other tenants had waited for you to vacate, in a restaurant, long enough. Needless to say, we're good with you never coming back to our beautiful ski vacation home. And yes, we've had shovels stolen this year from all the snow digging activity and will be bringing new shovels up to our condo in the coming weeks.
