Tri-level condo in the desirable Mammoth View Villas. The entry level(middle floor) has a recently remodeled kitchen with all new appliances, silverware, plateware, pots and pans, coffee maker, and anything else you could possibly need in a kitchen. The dining room consists of a rectangular, dining room table with 2 long benches along with 2 comfy chairs.There are also 3 stools in the dining room. The living room has a new, super comfy faux-leather couch and there are also two matching lazy boy recliner chairs , modern ceiling lights, an awesome stone tile fireplace (with plenty of wood for you to enjoy your romantic evenings by the fire). There is also a snow closet for all your snow jackets, snowboards, skis, boots, etc. As you make your way to the downstairs, there are two decent sized bedrooms. One bedroom has a California king size bed with brand new comfortable bedding, pillows, and comforters. There is also a brand new leather chair (matching the couches). The other bedroom has a California king size bed and this room has a new LG stackable washer/dryer (installed in Jan. 2024) in the closet. No need to have wet or dirty clothes while you are on vacation. The downstairs bedrooms share a mutual bathroom that has a shower/tub. The upstairs (3rd level) was previously a loft but it has been expanded in to an enclosed 3rd bedroom with it's own bathroom(shower/no tub). It has a proper door and this is where the kids can sleep. We have a wooden twin bunk bed (with rails), along with two more twin beds. You can sleep adults in these twin beds as well so you can sleep 4 in the upstairs bedroom.

The complex has a recently built jacuzzi (brand new in Jan. 2024), sauna, ping pong table and a recreation room for your enjoyment. Please enjoy it as it's right next door to our place (25 feet away)!! Parking passes will be issued by the on-site property manager and we have two designated spots for you directly in front of the condo.
