Discover Deer Valley Courchevel C301, perfectly situated just half a mile from Deer Valley Resort's Snow Park base area. This stunning three-floor walk-up condominium offers a prime location just minutes from Historic Park City Main Street. Enjoy the convenience of being right on the free bus route, making it easy to explore the entire town, including Canyons and Kimball Junction, whether you're skiing the slopes in winter or hiking the trails in summer!

This recently redecorated condo features 1,032 square feet. With one bedroom, a loft, and one and a half bathrooms, this home can comfortably sleep up to six guests.

You'll enter this home through front door and will step directly into the main living space with the living room, kitchen and dining area, with hardwood floors throughout.

Living Room: This space offers modern furnishings including a sectional with a sofa sleeper, a warm gas fireplace, and a Samsung Smart TV. Access the deck via the sliding glass door to the adjacent patio to enjoy the views and mountain breezes.

Kitchen: Fully equipped with stainless appliances, stone counter tops. There is also convenient kitchen bar seating for four.

Dining Room: The dining area offers an expandable table that can accommodate up to four diners.

Bedroom 1 – King size bed, Samsung Smart TV, access to a full bath with a tub/shower combination and stone counters. The adjacent private patio has furnishings to enjoy the mountain air.

Great condo near great skiing

Easy check in process and receptive management staff. Place very clean and looked like how it was advertised. Great location walking distance from the lifts.

Wonderful!

We had a fantastic stay with our 7 year old son. So close to the slopes and it was very comfortable! Check in was very easy and everything was just as pictured! Beautifully furnished and clean.

Great stay

Amazing location - 4 min walk (or a quick shuttle) away from the base of the mountain. Apt was clean. Wish it had an elevator, but that was fully disclosed in the description.

Great find!

Loved this condo. Nicely updated and was perfect for our family of 4. Was warm and inviting, and the location couldn't be beat. If you have kids and don't want to make the short walk - catch the parking lot shuttle just across the street.

Outstanding ski in / ski out condo in Deer Valley!

This was the perfect place for us to make a home base in Deer Valley for a 4 night stay. It’s very roomy for a family of 4, and extra nice to have that second bathroom. We kept our skis overnight at Deer Valley which is just a 2 minute walk from the condo so it was truly ski in ski out. There is great privacy between the master and the loft area. Nicely renovated and a beautiful view too. There is no elevator to the third floor but that is well disclosed and we were prepared for it. We would definitely come back!

Excellent location and condo!

We have stayed in several of the condos along this stretch of Deer Valley Dr. This condo was perfect for my wife and I for our stay. The 3rd floor was a bit of a challenge with no elevator and hauling bags but this wasn't a surprise and was worth the close proximity to the lifts. I would recommend the description of the condo include additional amenities - for instance, adding the type of coffee maker (they had a standard and a Keurig) would help preparing for the stay. Otherwise, great location, great condo, great stay!

Good location but needed a few things.

Pans and pots but no skillet. We had to buy one to make eggs...but most importantly. There is NO key for entering the garage. It is a one way door from the garage to the stairwell up to the unit, and it locks behind you. Says this very clearly on the door before you go through it. We fully expected to find a key once inside the unit. Management doesn't provide one however. So to get back to the car, you have to exit the condo, go out the other stairwell outside the building, around to where you entered with your car, enter the code and then you can get to your vehicle/ski locker etc. There was NO mention of this in the description, and there are other units in Courshevel that provide a key. I wish we had known and we would have booked a different unit that provides the key to make loading and unloading a easy breezy process. When we called the management they really couldn't help us and didn't offer any discount or solution to the problem. That aside, unit was clean and modern

Lovely lodgings!

Really enjoyed our time here. Property had everything we needed and the space felt so big! Decor was modern. Definitely walking distance for adults, though with two under 10 we more often rode one way or another - many options!! Though on the third floor between proximity to DV, free parking spot in the garage, and other amenities this was never really an inconvenience at all!

Wonderful Stay!

We would absolutely book this property again! Perfect place for a long weekend ski trip with my husband. The unit was clean, updated and very organized. We felt right at home. The location was awesome…. A 5 minute walk to Snow Park!
