This 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit sits in a prime location. It sits in Lower Deer Valley just around the corner from Snow Park Lodge and is 3/4 mile to Historic Main Street. A few feet from the front door there is a Transit System stop which can get you to Deer Valley or anywhere else in a matter of minutes. This unit also features a great remodel throughout!

- We have always maintained a very high housekeeping, sanitizing and laundry standard at our properties.

- CHECK-IN - Arrival is after 4pm. You can call/text on the day of your arrival to check if the unit is available but early access is not guaranteed.

- CHECK-OUT - Departure is 10am or earlier. You can call/text the day before your departure to check on flexibility but late check-out is not guaranteed.

Accommodations were just as pictured. New appliances, updated kitchen & baths. Host was quick to respond to questions. One suggestion; might be good to have some extra blankets handy (we stayed warm and heater worked well). Overall a great experience. Close to downtown and ski areas. We hope to return and definitely recommend.

Convenient condo for Deer Valley / Park City vacation

Nice condo for our family of four. Easy shuttle bus stop right outside the entrance to this location. Great communication with Chris when we had a few questions. Overall a really good stay!

Cozy and comfy yet modern

My family had a very nice experience at this property. Chris happily accommodated us and let us check in early. Everything was very neat, clean organized. We had everything we needed and loved the hot tub.

Contemporary gem with a great location. Craig provides clear instructions for check-in and got back quickly on a question I had during our stay. Would rent again and highly recommend.

Great location and condo

Great spot, very nice condo for visiting PC and Deet Valley as right in between. We were there during Sundance so mice to be out of main st Great bus pickup right out front. Supplied nicely, we arrived late so was very nice to have complimentary coffee already there for the am! Awesome hot tub will stay again

Great location!

The condo is in a perfect location to access Deer Valley & Park City for skiing! We enjoyed being able to make quick jaunts to the ski lot & downtown for dinner. The underground parking is also nice to have on cold mornings. The condo is spacious & clean. Communication was fantastic & helpful. Thanks for a great stay!

Great Location. Great Condo.

We def recommend this condo for anyone going to Park City. Great location (especially for Deer Valley). Buses easy to catch out in front of the property. Plenty of space. Nice furnishings. We will probably try and stay here in the future.

Great place and location!

We enjoyed our stay at Fawngrove. Good location with easy convienience to everything. Loved the garage parking. We had an issue with the heat going out, but the property manager resolved the issue quickly. Big TV was good for movies. Hot tub had easy access. We would stay there again.

Spring Break Snowboarding

Well kept property with close access to everything that we wanted to do. Underground parking. Very communicative and responsive caretaker of this property who was able to quickly answer our questions. They had to come out during our stay to fix something and they coordinated the time of repair with when we were going to be out on the slopes. We will definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay

Location is perfect! The host responded quickly to any questions we had and check in was easy. You are close to Main Street and Deer Valley. It was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The hot tub was an added bonus after skiing all day. The view was pretty awesome too. They do have underground parking available. We ended up parking outside because the spot was too tight for the truck. I would recommend a smaller SUV or car, if you want to park in the garage. We will definitely be coming back here again!

Cozy Deer Valley Condo

We would stay here again 100 times over. Three of us stayed in the condo, my husband and I with our adult son. The layout was spacious, comfortable and surprisingly sound proof. The kitchen is not crowded, appliances are very up to date - including washer dryer. Jacuzzi that our son loved and a huge bathtub that I loved. Being new to the area I was an awkward check-in and Chris was so very patient with us. (Thank you!) Public transportation is cherry and ski lodge is practically walking distance. Getting into Park City main was also easy. We really appreciated staying here and have it bookmarked. Thank you again.

Holidays in deer valley

Pros: Great location. Place was clean and as advertised. Check in and check out were super easy and convenient and the host was awesome! So responsive and easy to work with. Cons: The couch is oddly narrow, and therefore not great for lounging. Otherwise everything was very comfortable. The hot tub is not level so if there are more than 2-3 in there at once, water splashes out of the top and can cause an ice slick on the patio. Lastly, we stopped at the store on the way into town only to find out that there are zero pantry items in the unit. For anyone wishing to cook, note that you will need to provision everything.

A little smaller than expected. The apartment was clean and had heated underground parking. Hot tub was relaxing but they have installed it on a slope (away from apt.) so water splashing out doesn’t accumulate on the patio, thus resulting in the water line for persons seated closest to the apt. to be just below shoulders and the water line for persons on the opposite side to be just above shoulders. Still a nice place and good location. Loved the Cinnafreak kettle popcorn.

Nice property--communication with manager could have been clearer

The property is updated and conveniently located to access Deer Valley and Park City Mountain via bus route that passes directly in front of the unit. There is also convenient underground and surface lot parking. My one disappointment related to the communication with the property manager. I was advised that the unit/property manager had an affiliation with Aloha Ski Rental and that guests could receive a substantial discount by following the particular link to the ski rental site, and that the rental company could deliver directly to the unit. The discount was touted as being up to 25% from posted rates. What no one explained was that, for delivered skis/boots, there was no discount available. While that information was found on Aloha's site, the wording was ambiguous at best, misleading at worst, as there was a special code with the name of the property management company, and the promise of a special discount for guests using that property management company that did NOT contain any qualification. So instead of paying $34/day for skis/boots, I ended up paying $60/day, substantially more than Aloha's walk-in rate for rentals. I didn't need to have the skis delivered, but only did so because I was given the impression that the affinity between the property and Aloha meant that delivery was a perk to guests of the property (in fact, Aloha will deliver anywhere, at the much higher rate). I took this up with both Aloha and the property manager, and neither seemed terribly concerned about this customer's satisfaction. So, check the fine print and ask questions. For a company managing a nicer property like this, I was put out by the lack of concern for the extremely ambiguous description of the "benefits" of renting through the company's recommended rental company. Oh well. Live and learn.

Great experience

Very good location, first floor is very covenient if you want to enjoy the grill and the outdoor space. Some appliances and kitchen glassware are needed. The ouside control of the garage didn't work during the days we stayed , but we definitely would stay here again.

We loved everything about this property and Deer Valley. It is minutes from the resort, well equipped, and also convenient to shopping and anything you may need. Chris was extremely responsive to any questions we had during our stay. Highly recommend; we will be back!

Nice place, Chris is a friendly property manager. Only thing is it didn’t come with any condiments like salt and pepper which is annoying. Highly recommend the place!
