The full kitchen is waiting with granite countertops and fun gadgets to play with when you prepare tonight's home-cooked meal. Attitash Mountain Resort is the place to be for fantastic winter skiing. LOVE THIS HOME!

This is one of the best homes I have rented for our annual girl's trip. Everything we needed was provided. I highly recommend this home for anyone visiting the New Hampshire ares.

This being my first time it was fairy tale like experience

This property was the best we stayed in, within this area. Loved the atmosphere of the town and stores, everyone was amazing. The rental had charm and left us needing nothing. Thank you very much

Fantastic for families

Walking distance to Storyland!! Clean and beautiful condo. Only problem was dryer vented into the bedroom w noxious fumes from the tide pods left as detergent. Be sure to dry when you aren’t in that room and use Unscented soap

Convenient and calm stay close to Storyland

We had a great stay overall. It is within walking distance to Storyland and was comfortable for our 2 small families with plenty of space. It included all the amenities we needed. The only downside were the beds. They were very, very uncomfortable. The pull out couches were the worst but even the beds in the rooms were rock hard and uncomfortable. Upgrading the beds and some furniture that is aging would make this a perfect stay.

Great ski weekend with family

The condo was nicely decorated to create a home feel and was very clean. Only part that we didn't like was the smell of cleaning product when you enter the doorway. Very heavy sent of bathroom spray. The smell continued and seemed to be coming from the adjoining condo. We would very likely rent the condo again. The set up was great for our family of two younger boys that enjoyed the loft area and two older boys that shared the bedroom on the main level. It is an upstairs unit so we could not hear the neighbors and the deck and view were good as well.

Clean comfortable unit

Nice unit, close to shops and restaurants. It should be noted in description that it is upstairs a steep tall staircase. The room details just said it was on floor 1 which we assumed was ground floor. My spouse is partially disabled and stairs are a big challenge for him. We would have chosen another room had we known about stairs. Very difficult week for him.

Check out instructions came to us AFTER we had checked out. We had no instructions on what to do with our trash & had to go back to the unit to deal with it or be charged a hefty fee. We didn't have the necessary code for the unit dumpster & had to call Vacasa to get it. Sending these instructions earlier than 2 hours before check out would be better so no time is wasted. This is the reason I can't give a 5 rating

Base for viewing fall colors in late September.

This property was comfortable, spacious, quite, and spotlessly clean and well maintained. At the end of the day we appreciated the cozy gas fireplace and the two comfortable recliners to relax in after spending hours hiking in the National Forest. The property is only about a three mile drive from a nearby town with lots of good choices for restaurants. There is a small grocer located about a mile away.

Great overall experience

The property is super clean and amenities are great. Very organized. The location was perfect for our purposes -- visit to StoryLand right across the street! The one issue we had was the A/C. The upstairs loft area got super hot, while the downstairs was very cold. We had our 10 year old sleeping upstairs on the pull-out couch, which he was very happy about! But, in order to cool down the upstairs, even a little, we had to have the A/C on full blast, which created quite the frigid conditions downstairs. Fine for me -- a little uncomfortable for my husband. Oh, and word to the wise: the smoke detector is VERY sensitive! Toasting a piece of bread caused it to go off. Not a big deal, but our kids were distressed at first -- until it went off a few more times and they got used to it! Thanks for paying such great attention to cleaning and providing everything needed. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

Perfect Storyland getaway

Very clean, perfect location for our Storyland/Santa's Village vacation. Only 15 min from downtown North Conway. Will definitely come back!

Clean, comfortable, good location. We had trouble with the keypad (the neighbor said this is a common problem with this rental), but customer service was very helpful. Also, the listing doesn't mention that you have to pay an extra $20 a day to use the pool/ tennis courts.

Clean, perfect location, questionable neighbors

Our family of 4 had a great overall stay at Sandtrap Loop. The location is a great home base for exploring the area. The unit was very clean, well kept, and welcoming. A fun loft for the kids to escape to, and a small deck to watch the sunset. The units location is at the end of a cul-de-sac and had no traffic, our kids could play out front and ride their bikes with no worries. The AC was a little weak and doesn’t reach the bedrooms (but it was 90+ our entire stay). The bedroom ceiling fan only worked with the light on because it was missing the second pull switch, so it was a bit hot trying to sleep. Our only real complaint would be the unit below seemed to be the gathering spot for residents and/or regular renters. On weekend evenings the unit would fill and get louder and louder as the night would go on. They would be on the rear deck just below our windows late hollering waking our children and keeping us up. All weekday nights were very quiet and pleasant. At the time of our stay the pool was out of order, but who needs it with the Saco. Overall. Great place. 4.5 stars. Like at home, you just can’t pick your neighbors.
