COZY IN BARTLETT


Our home away from home is set close to all the great things the White Mountain area has to offer! The home can suit anyone, from a vacationing family to some friends spending the weekend skiing or hiking....and it's still got that new house smell :)!

THE SPACE:
You'll enjoy the spacious living area with couch space for everyone! A dining table that seats 8- plus a bar table that seats 4~ There's even a reading nook on the second floor, as well as, some special space for little ones!

GUEST ACCESS:
The entire space is there for you to use. Our house is your house, we just ask that you treat it kindly and leave it the way you found it.

We will email details once reservation is confirmed. We will send self check in info 24 hrs prior to your arrival.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
Can accommodate more than 6 (can comfortably sleep 12). - please inquire if you'd are interested in more than 6.

We would also entertain allowing dogs~ please inquire.


PLEASE NOTE: Most of the reviews on Airbnb are from the previous home we had on the property. This is brand new construction, from the foundation up!

UPDATE 2.17.23~ The back deck is not finished yet still missing one railing and there are no steps! We have caution tape marking the affected areas...PLEASE do not go on the deck until further notice!

We provide linens and towels- we ask that you wash and get them in the dryer prior to your departure.

TRASH - Make sure to take regular trash out and put in the green dumpster across the street. The recyclable need to be placed in the appropriate blue bin in the basement.

PLEASE TAKE YOUR SHOES OFF AT THE DOOR. Cozy is brand new and we want to keep her that way. If you can kindly remove your outside shoes at the door we’d greatly appreciate it. Feel free to bring your slippers or other cozy indoor footwear to saunter around the house in. Thanks!

The kitchen is stocked with essential items ie. silverware, pots, pans, cooking utensils, coffee maker, toaster, plus some staple pantry items (sugar, coffee, etc) and spices are available for you to use. We ask only that you re-stock items that you use a lot of, and that you strive to leave the kitchen as clean.

PLEASE make sure to take your unused food and perishables with you.

If you are a smoker please smoke outside and please dispose of the butts in the trash not on the ground.

As we are not up in Bartlett all the time, it would be extremely helpful if you happen to run out of something, break something or even noticed something wrong or amiss, that you would call us anytime, day or night.

This home is brand new and created out of a labor of love...we hope that you make memories here and will take care of and respect it just as it were your own~

Very clean and modern house with a cozy setup. Spent the weekend with our daughter and another couple with a small child. Had plenty of space and enjoyed the proximity to attitash. Would return!

Hosts were responsive and accommodating! The house is updated and clean, and we plan to stay there again! The centralized location was great for skiing and bopping around for food and shopping, and the space is great for families. We happened to go on a super cold weekend that the poor hottub couldn’t keep up with the cold, but it’s such an amazing touch after a long day of skiing. Thank you and we will stay again! Great place!

Very cozy as described - Host was very helpful and great to work with. Very close to snowmobiling and Attitash mountain. Lots to do up the way in Jackson/North Conway. Explored Bretton Woods & Omni hotel as well. Only regret was not staying longer to be snowed in for the big storm then skiing/snowmobiling after!

Perfect girls weekend getaway!!

My girlfriends and I had the best experience staying at this property!! The house was spotless, comfortable, beautifully decorated and communication with the owners was easy. We will definitely be back!!

Great getaway

Stayed at the Cozy house for a pre-holiday getaway with our friends. We had lots of laughs and made some great memories. The house is beautiful! The layout is perfect for groups or families. The hot hub was wonderful to hop in at the end of the day. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to come back!

Amazing house, great hosts!

This brand new house is great! Awesome layout, very clean, well stocked with kitchen equipment and cleaning supplies. The host is very helpful and easy to communicate with. 10/10.

Adult Siblings Weekend Away!

We loved everything about this house. It is well stocked for renters with plenty of linens, kitchen accessories, seating etc. Be aware that there is not a microwave onsite! Eat your leftovers cold! Couch was extremely comfortable. Loved that there was a nice mudroom/entryway with plenty of space for all your winter gear.

What a Beautiful house 😍

Peter and Stephanie were great hosts, available when questions arose. The house is beautiful and brand new, well equipped with all the essentials and things you might forget. We had a storyland weekend with 2 adults and 4 kids 12, 10, 7 and 5 plenty of space for all of us. Already looking at dates to return in the fall.

Bachelorette weekend

Myself and 5 friends stayed here for the weekend to celebrate one of us getting married this summer. We wanted a place close to some restaurants but also had privacy and the opportunity to relax and this was definitely the perfect spot for that! We were only 20 minutes from downtown North Conway. We got dinner out one night and then came back and relaxed. We did some shopping and ate lunch out the next day but then came back and enjoyed the coziness this place had to offer. There was plenty of space for all 6 of us. The only small troubles we had were getting the hot tub up to temp and then back down before leaving, but we called Peter twice about this and he was very kind and helpful on the phone. There also wasn’t a microwave to quickly reheat any leftovers we had but that wasn’t a dealbreaker for us as the stove works perfectly fine as well. The only thing that we thought was strange was having to wash the sheets and towels before leaving. None of us have ever stayed somewhere that has asked that- usually just asks for the beds to be stripped and laundry in a pile, but again, this wasn’t a dealbreaker for us. A perfect place to stay to get some R&R!

Hi Sasha, I appreciate the great review. We make it very clear in the info we send out weeks in advance that we ask guests to get the laundry into the dryer before they leave or they are welcomed to bring their own sheets as we list the beds in the place. We use Airbnb and Vrbo quite often and that is certainly a requirement we come across often. We also list that we don't have a microwave.. It's a brand new place that isn't your typical Vrbo/Airbnb type place because it is actually our home that we use all the time and like to share. In order to keep it in the new shape we ask guest to pitch in. We know there is lots of info to read in order to 'rent' from us. My impression is that perhaps you didn't read all the info beforehand. I only say that because I had to remind you to add oxy blast after every use. The hot tub is always a great perk but also a very high maintenance perk that requires a team effort in order to keep it clean. I know iit is a lot and I appreciate you and your crew leaving Cozy is such great shape.

The house was well appointed and in a great location for skiing and other activities in the North Conway area. The space was perfect for a family and the hot tub was a welcome addition after a day of skiing. Host was wonderful providing all of the information we needed and very responsive.

Cozy is close to all the things that make visiting the White Mountains amazing. It is .5 miles from a great swimming hole on the Saco river, hiking trails galore, skiing and snow mobil trail just out the door. Come take it all in and enjoy a cozy spot to call home while you're here.
