Secluded lakefront and beach!! Small stand alone house perfect for a tranquil night's rest away from it all tucked away in the forest. Guests will have access to 42 acres of land and hunt stands for turkey, deer, and hog hunting. (Different rates apply FOR HUNTERS). Explore the spring and 11 Point River for duck hunting, fishing, floating, hiking, quaint shops and eateries in scenic Hardy, nearby access to Peebles Bluff Strawberry River rec area, and Martin creek and several State Parks.

Secluded Open single room studio cabin with stand up shower, sink with vanity, and toilet. Open area with queen bed, futon, additional full bed with plenty of space to sleep 6, dining area kitchenette combo, microwave, two burner electric stove, and full sized refrigerator, electric fireplace, TV with DVD player and DVDs (no cable), outdoor propane grill, outdoor bar area, and a 5 person JACUZZI age 18 AND UP ONLY. The lake has a clay bottom so bring play clothes and water shoes. There is a water spigot in front of lake hut to wash your feet.

Secluded Lakefront!!! ATV riding, Hiking, fishing, hunting, kayaking, floating, shooting (gun/archery), swimming, campfires, gardening, stargazing. (DIFFERENT RATES APPLY) JUST ASK! We are located just 30 minutes from beautiful Lake Charles.

7 days a week.

Tranquility of peace and quiet in the woods. Abundant wildlife ideal for hunting and access to spring and 11 point river for summer fun. Nearby towns are Imboden, Hardy, Ash Flat, Black Rock, Ravenden, and Pocahontas. Plenty of country fun and perfect for connecting with nature. A must visit for back road ATV adventures (guests welcome to bring their own ATV), nearby access to Peebles Bluff strawberry river access, Martin Creek, Buford Beach in Hardy, and the Eleven Point River! Enjoy a nice campfire or barbecue weekend at this scenic getaway and relax in the 5 person Jacuzzi.

8 mile dirt road from pavement to cabin location.

Pets are welcome! Pets are respectfully requested to stay off all furniture and to be crated when left unattended. There is a $50 non-refundable pet fee that covers all pets per stay.

There is another rental house on the property completely separate from the cabin 100 yards away with trees, a shop and twelve foot tall privacy fence between the two. Common property spaces outside of the cabin are the beach/lake, gun range, and hiking trails. Cabin and house guests cannot see or hear each other on property otherwise.

Fantastic getaway. From romantic to tons of fun. My wife and I enjoyed it all. The gun range, the private pond kayaking together. We took our side by side and road the property trails and gravel roads around the area. The hot tub was very romantic with the outdoor fireplace lit. 10/10!

We LOVED our stay! The property owner was incredible and very forthcoming with information. Will gladly come back to stay in the big house next time, but we loved our little cabin!

Bertucci’s Country Cabin

Couldn’t have asked for a better getaway from the city. Nick was a great host and went above and beyond in terms of communication and pro-tips about the area. The cabin was exactly as described and very cozy. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a quality cabin stay.

Cozy Cabin

Great time! Nick was an excellent host, and we enjoyed out weekend getaway. My only complaint was the cold weather (I mean, we went in January) and I definitely want to come again in warm weather to fully enjoy the outdoors.

nice, quiet place

The property was very nice. Very quiet and peaceful. The cabin had all the necessities, and we could just sit back and relax. Gun range was a nice touch. Hot tub was very relaxing. Nick was always accessible when needed for questions or anything. I would recommend this place if you want to relaxing place to stay.

Great country getaway

This place has everything you need for a vacation. We had a great time. If you want to get away from it all this is the place. This cabin offers so much more than any other stay if you are a sportsman. The communication was great. Enjoy.

Wonderful Escape

My husband and I had a great time at the property. So quiet, so much to do and some quiet time to read a book by the lake! Absolutely refreshing out there. Nick was great, answered any questions that we had quickly. Will definitely be staying again and have already shared with friends!

Wonderful Getaway Weekend

We just fell in love with the cabin....it was just perfect for us. The hot tub was so enjoyable. We walked the area,it was beautiful with peaceful surroundings, the cabin cat gave us a tour. The location was 45 minutes from our hometown, so easy to just get away. We will most definitely be going back.

Just what we needed

Nick was so friendly was there to help with anything you might need. We were looking for a quite get away. It was perfect. My husband is interested in going back to hog hunt. We plan to go back together also. It is a wonderful place for people of all ages and we highly recommend staying here!

A little Oasis

If you truly want to get away from the hustle and bustle, then this is for you. The drive to the cabin is amazing on the dirt roads, the smell of the fresh air in the mountains, the little cabin is very homey. The hot tub, the outdoor fire, the ambience of the lights, the very large swimming area with water that feels amazing, kayaking canoeing, the deer that come up in the morning in the evening, the little bunny, rabbits, the owls, you could sit there all day and not ever hear a car horn or traffic. Your host Nick is amazing wonderful young man and you’ll be so happy that you stayed here

Great Little Get-a-way

My boyfriend and i had a great time. Everything was furnished from toilet paper, paper towels, dishes, seasonings, toaster, coffee maker, microwave and a real can opener. We brought our ATV's and had a blast! Nick was really helpful and dropped tons of pinpoint locations to ride too on our ATV's. Only thing you need to bring is food and blankets. So, so happy for a much needed rest and vacation time! Shooting range was close and nice! May God bless you all! Safe travels!

Slam dunk ! Right on the money !

Nice and cozy little cabin, Love the long driveway the secluded area ! lots of acres to Rome, private beach comes with free kayaks also with ducks on the property that laugh at you when you tip your boat over so be aware you’ll be the laughingstock lol , jokes aside it was a good time . Owner was nice said we could use there fishing poles , as a Christmas gift . Beautiful views everywhere . Backyard was lite up could turn them on and off by a switch , propane grill , trails to walk on , places to shoots cute cabin . The only thing we didn’t know was that there was another cabin , that could of been rented out , thank good ness it wasn’t , and the owner worked with us on it . And there was no oven or stove , but we used the grill has a oven

Peaceful Retreat

Nick's place is amazing. We parked on Sunday and didn't leave in our car until Wednesday when we checked out. Hot tub, fire pit, lake with a beach, shooting range, tv with movies, and even a fire place inside. If you're looking for peace and quiet and a place to unplug unwind and relax this is it. I have a very busy career and this was the perfect getaway. I wish we'd booked longer! The cabin is perfect for all your needs. The outdoor space is amazing and there's no one to bother you! You don't want to miss this jewel. If you're looking for a peaceful retreat, book this place.
