Fourth of July

Cute little cabin. Close to the river. My husband and I loved it. Would definitely try to rent again if we go back to Hardy. It was a perfect little get away place.

Run down property tall grass and snakes

Bed was horrible dip in center of bed and was hard. Cabin was clean but was down hill so stuff to carry was hard to far to walk from cabin to water grown up weeds lots for snake need a refund Friday the 13 old bathroom behind cabin. This place made me cry horrible 21st anniversary had to leave 2 days early because of snakes around cabin. I need a refund so I can start over.

This is the first I have heard of your discontent over your stay at Our Cozy Cabin for two which occurred almost a month ago. I have instructed my rental assistant to check out the bedding in the cabin. I have reviewed the pictures on VRBO and noted that there was not a picture of the stairwell and steps leading down to the cabin. This will be corrected. The old bathhouse and the adjacent lot next to our cabin that you referred to is not our property. and the upkeep around that property is not my problem. We have seen wildlife, rabbits an occasional visit by deer and squirrels but never any snakes. I am not sure what you meant by Friday the 13th... you were not at the cabin until Friday, May 22nd. and if you left two days early, which would have been a three-night stay rather than a 5-night stay, this is the first I have heard of that. I am sorry for your discontent. Should you like to come back and stay at another cabin, and finish the other two nights of your 5-night stay, arrangements for this can be made. .Just let me know.

Not what we were expecting!

The cabin had a horrible mold smell that it took two days and a can of Febreze to almost get rid of. There is only a wall a/c so no ventilation. There were two towels, two washcloths and two hand towels for two adults for a three day stay, we had to buy towels so we could shower because there is no washer/dryer. The furniture was old and damaged, doors wouldn't stay shut and the couch smelled of mold. We are used to roughing it, but this was very uncomfortable!

Wonderful cabin

This was a great place to get away. My husband and I enjoyed the cabin and going to the river as well as touring the town of Hardy. Truly relaxing experience!

It was busier than I expected. I was expecting a little more privacy at the river maybe i didnt read it thoroughly enough? The cabin took us a little bit to find. Cabin was very clean. Everyone was very nice. We would go back.

There is a place to go seimming...we go swimming in the river. On hot summer days it is really refreshing. Also we take beach chairs down to the river and put them in the shallow part of the river and sit around and talk, sip drinks etc. Very relaxing. Do come again.

Quiet quaint little cabin so peaceful!!!

The weekend getaway was just what we needed the cabin was so peaceful quiet little place very relaxing!!! Ms.Caroln the owner of the cabin is so sweet and very informative of things to do in the area we will be back again!!!

Cute and cozy!!!

I very much enjoyed our stay here at the cabin. It was very clean and was equipped with many extras I never even thought about bringing. The place was very quite and only a short little hike to the water.

The cabins are not ON the river but are a very short 2-3 minute walk to the South Fork of the Spring River for your enjoyment of fishing, or paddling pleasures.

Great Couples Getaway!

This cabin was a perfect weekend get away for us. It was clean and cozy! The screened porch was perfect for our morning coffee. The cabin had all of the kitchen supplies that we needed to prepare our meals. Ms. Carolyn was great! We rented this property at the last minute and she worked hard to ensure that we were able to get the rental agreement signed and returned quickly.

Great weekend

We had a wonderful weekend at your cabin. Everything was nice, clean, and comfortable. Perfect location with easy stroll to the river. We especially enjoyed morning coffee and evenings on the screened porch. We will definitely rent again! Thank you so much for sharing your cabin with us.

Peaceful Cabin!!!

This cabin is perfect for 2 people. It is very quiet and peaceful and just a few min drive to get to where you need to go. We had a blast this weekend and will defiantly be back. Thank you for allowing us to rent this cabin for the weekend. It was a much needed get away and I will never forget what a wonderful time we had in Hardy!!!

I attended Camp Miramichee in Hardy, AR as a child. This cabin was our cook's cabin and it was located right next door to the Dining Hall. I affectionately call this cabin Ophelia's place in her honor.
