Enjoy a new construction clean modern studio with private entrance attached to a 1925 Farmhouse just 15 minutes from world famous Clearwater Beach. Hardwood floors, marble shower, impact windows, LCD TV and kitchenette. Not a full kitchen. Clean and comfortable but very small 225 square feet. Has PVC fenced grass yard for pets and tropical plants. Washer and dryer included with free parking. You are just down the street from the PInellas Trail where you can ride bike or walk to Clearwater Beach 4 miles.
PET FEE IS $68 per pet. Please make sure you add at time of booking. Select Club fee to add pet charge for one pet Add administration fee for two pets.
Property manager of Cottages of Clearwater lives in main house and guest garage house who can help with any of your needs.
On this property but not in your private fenced area Capt Al stores his , jet skis, trailers on the driveway.
Capt Al offers free parking and beach chairs on Clearwater Beach to enhance your visit during slower months of the years. You can always text to see if free parking on the beach is available. You are welcome to stop by Cottages of Clearwater and borrow beach chairs Never a charge

Great for one person or a couple, great location and communication

This is a perfect property if you are going to be out doing things most of the time. It’s a great location if you have a car. The property owners had great communication and answered all of my questions very fast

This place exceeded my expectations - from the relaxing yard to the kind neighbors… this rental was a win! Cute cottage

Cute little cottage. Manager and owner very friendly. Think I was allergic to something inside the adorable cottage though as allergies kicked in. Really cute though.

Bungalow in the Jungle

Great little room. Very soft bed. Small, but fully fenced yard with lush plants. (Jungle vibe) Great location- can walk to grocery/drug store/ restaurants. Bike/ dog walk trail that you can go for miles on.. or to a park w lake. Parking can be a bit tight. Very comfortable

First time in Clearwater /Largo

The quiet yard with a courtyard feel is a great feature of this little property . We enjoyed this very much. The gentlemen hosts do a good job but a “woman’s touch “ might be something to entertain for housekeeping details but overall this is a safe neighborhood near the bike/walking trail and provides a homey spot to land . Dominique who greeted us knows the area and gave us his review of good nearby places to eat and directed us to the bike trail which was a few blocks away . Thank you fellas - we enjoyed your place and hope you have a good spring travel season ! Kathy ,Andy and dog Jai

Relaxing

My stay was for 4 days but had to shorten it by two days due to storm Elsa. The place was very clean. Everything around you is near. Management is on premises. There is a young man that lives in the back also and he is very nice . Had some really nice conversations with that young man. I would highly recommend this place. Definitely going back first chance I get.

Quaint, little bungalow

This is a small space, probably 200 sq feet or so but it was plenty for me. There is no freezer but there is a fridge and he has a toaster oven, microwave, and indoor grill thing. You’re quite close to beach and the pinellas trail is a short walk from the house. The backyard is beautiful.

Nice little place but bad management

We had trouble finding which door was out because of insufficient directions, and the key was not where we were told it would be, we had to ask another person on the property for help with those things. when we actually got in we found that nobody had been there to change the sheets or clean since the last guests had left. there seems to be a huge communication issue with these rentals because nobody had told the person in charge of cleaning that we were coming, even though we booked at least a month in advance. Another huge problem we had was that about a week before our stay we were informed that the place had been double booked and the manager took off two days from our stay (he did refund us for those days). Since it was so close to the time and there is a festival in Tampa on the days that we lost we had a lot of trouble finding a hotel and ended up paying way too much for a very terrible motel. The place is cute and the perfect size for a couple on a trip with all the amenities we needed, but because of all the issues we had we would not consider staying again.

In summer I enjoy taking my friends and guests out on my boat and showing everyone how to enjoy the Salt Life. WInter is time time to ride bikes on the Pineallas Trail or zip around on the motorcycle. There is always so much outdoor fun activities in this area. I am a retired Florida Physician licensed in 1976 and now enjoy the vacation rental business. When you stay with us, please keep in touch so I can help you have a great vacation

I love classic Florida Farm Houses and Cottages . They have a unique feel to them and usually on nice large lots. With the double lot, I keep my boats, boat trailers, Jet ski and motorcycle here outside of the fenced area. So your going to walk past all that when you open the gate to the backyard and Tiny Room. It s just a cute house and property and we hope you enjoy it.

The benefit here is that your not in a hotel where you listen to neighbors banging on the walls or cars going in and out all night. Its about the size of a hotel room but more private. Wood floors, no carpet, and nice new construction. Very safe with property manager in the main house. If you need anything at all he is just a text or call away. 8134171218
