The main level of the home has a large entry area with gear storage, and up a few stairs to the living area that has a cozy gas fireplace, brand new sofa sleeper, and large flat screen TV. The living room provides the perfect space for you to relax by the fireplace while watching your favorite tv show. Open to the living area is the updated kitchen which comes with all stainless steel appliances, slab granite counters, and fully equipped with everything you need for making home cooked meals. Adjacent to the kitchen is a spacious dining area with seating for 6, and additional seating is located at the bar counter. The back yard patio access is off the kitchen and dining are, with a covered deck with table and chairs and a private back yard area.

Each of the three bedrooms comes with it's own private bathroom, plus an additional half bath on the main level, offering everyone in your group their own private space. There is also a sleeper sofa and full size airbed to accommodate larger groups. It's located in Silverthorne close to four different ski resorts: only a 15 minute drive away from Copper Mountain, a 30 minute drive away from Breckenridge, a 10 minute drive to Keystone and a 15 minute drive to Arapahoe Basin. Located only four minutes away from three different hiking trails, with many more trailheads within driving distance. There is a one car attached garage, as well as space for another vehicle in the driveway, it is a 2 car maximum at this property. Please note that the garage will not fit a large SUV. Public transportation is right down the street for those who prefer not to drive.
