Renovated Lake Front, Mountain View top notch condo! The unit has everything you need and fully equipped kitchen. Immaculate unit, fantastic views, cozy, perfect set up, tastefully decorated, outstanding accommodations! There is a balcony from the living area in the unit to enjoy these beautiful views. The Master Bedroom has a lake view, and the Queen Bedroom has a balcony with a mountain view.

The master bedroom has a king size bed, the 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed, and the 3rd bedroom has twin beds, each with its own private bathroom. All bathroom have been renovated with all new plumbing, flooring, tubs/showers, sinks, toilets, etc. (Note: master shower is a walk in shower but bathrooms do not have bars that might be needed for handicapped accessibility).

The restaurants in the area are fantastic and are within walking distance. This is the perfect retreat for winter skiing, snowboarding and snowshoeing in the wintertime and the summer activities are phenomenal with the lake being right behind the unit. The bike path along the lake is the perfect for a walk or bike ride to anywhere in the county. A water taxi is also available in the summertime where you can take your bike across the lake and then ride back from Frisco. The indoor pool, hot tub and sauna are great for relaxing after a long day of play!

The unit is easily accessed by the on site elevator. The underground heated parking provides warmth in the winter and convenience and security in the summer. There are 2 parking spots for the unit in the underground parking garage and another spot in the outside parking lot to the left of the building. The building construction is concrete, therefore no noise from the neighbors. There is also storage for skis and bikes.

Spring, Summer and Fall in Summit County:
Summit County is the place to be for the summers! Escape the heat of the city, plains and deserts. There are free concerts, food festivals, golf tournaments, something every weekend.

Enjoy water sports (fishing, sailing, kayaking) on Lake Dillon. Bicycling or hiking on the numerous trails throughout the Mountains. Great fly fishing on the local rivers and streams. Free summer concerts, Farmers Markets, Shopping at the Factory Outlets stores, Antique Shops and Art Galleries are within walking distance or just a short drive away.

Golf courses in the area offer scenery like no other. Challenge yourself on the Jack Nicholas designed Breckenridge Golf Course, The Raven at Three Peaks, Keystone Ranch or River Run Course.
