Cap d'Agde Apartment – Duplex for 4–5 people in an ideal location

A duplex apartment ideally located in Cap d'Agde, between the cliffs and the harbor, on the 3rd and top floor (no elevator) of the Beverley Hills residence (a private, secure complex) featuring a park and a large swimming pool—open from May through September—to which you’ll have access.
The apartment is close to all amenities, all within a 5-minute walk: La Conque and Le Môle beaches, the harbor, the Allée de la Flânerie, restaurants, shops… No need for a car during your entire stay!

The neighborhood streets offer free parking year-round. Two large paid parking lots are located right below the residence, and a large parking lot with free year-round parking is 600 meters from the residence.

The apartment is ideal for 4 people but can accommodate up to 6.

Recently renovated, the first floor features:

The bathroom, which includes a bathtub, sink, closet, and towel rack;
- A separate toilet;
- A highly functional kitchen (completely renovated in late 2021) that opens onto the living room. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary dishes and kitchenware for 6 people, as well as appliances (glass-ceramic cooktop, small oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, standard coffee maker, Nespresso machine, toaster, kettle, and outdoor griddle);
- The living room features a 140x190 BZ sofa bed, a large extendable console table, a TV, and storage furniture;
- A balcony accessible from the living room, featuring a table and chairs, as well as a cozy nook to relax on the storage bench.

Upstairs is the sleeping area, consisting of two spaces separated by a large curtain: a cabin-style area with a bunk bed and a large closet, and a bedroom area featuring a double bed. The bedroom area opens onto a second balcony of the same size, with a table and chairs, and a clothesline.

Sheets and towels are not provided. You are responsible for cleaning at the end of your stay.

NON-SMOKING APARTMENT – PETS ALLOWED

Rentals are on a weekly basis, SUNDAY THROUGH SUNDAY only. Someone will be on site to welcome you, hand over the keys, and conduct the walk-through.
