Big city feel in the middle of downtown San Angelo. Nothing else like it. Modern. 2 bedroom, 2 bath. Wireless Internet. Kitchen fully equipped for you to prepare a feast. Backyard with gas firepit. 3 block walking distance of hospital, yoga, Raw wine bar, Fuentes, river walk, Firehouse pizza, Blaines, Angry Cactus, The Grind coffee shop, Open Air Museum, plus much more.

Sectional Couch (if uncle needs a place to sleep)

Check out:
Please strip beds that were used and place used towels in laundry basket in the laundry room
Take all trash out to the trashcan on the side of the building (out the front door)
Trash picks up on Monday mornings. Please take out trash bin to the street if you check out on Sunday or are staying on a Monday

Door code will be given to check in and will change after checkout time. If you leave anything, please contact us and we will be happy to help.

I love this place so much! I have stayed here 3 years in a row and plan to make it 4. Such a great place with an enormous amount of space but it still feels like home. Canā€™t wait to stay again!

Love the beautiful build

It's a beautiful place love staying and we were 3 minutes away from the river walk to play mini golf.It stayed nice an cold with comfy beds.

Great location

The location couldnā€™t be any better for my visit. only a few blocks from the best restaurants and quick drive to everything else San Angelo has to offer. Will definitely be booking again for my next visit.

The best place to Stay in San Angelo!

Thank you again for a wonderful place to stay during Rodeo. This is our favorite place in San Angelo. Very close to all the action downtown. Will stay here again!

Perfect Stay

It was a cold week with morning temps dipping to 12 degrees. The fireplace was awesome. The bed was comfortable and we had everything we needed. Looking forward to coming back!

Thanksgiving

This is a great family and friends get away property for people who like to cook and gather together in a large and open atmosphere. This is not for most couple getaways. Not private or quiet. This accommodated my family and my son's military straggler friend's for a wonderful long weekend of sleeping, gaming, conversations, and eating. Bring ear plugs if you like to sleep in or have night owls.

Everything was nice, but it is not a true two bedroom and if it were two couples not good. Also you need to mark light switches to go with each light. maybe you can redesign walls and put front sleeping area with a portion so it would be more private.

Downtown Gem

Location was very convenient to all the restaurants and bars downtown. It was clean, funky, comfortable and had an artificial turfed back yard which was a huge bonus for our English and French Bulldogs! Would definitely stay here again when weā€™re in town visiting family!

Grad weekend

The flat was perfect for our group. We had a small brunch after graduation and it worked perfectly!! The island is amazing. Plenty of seating. Comfy beds. Everyone wanted a tour!! As others have said the outdoor space needs a bit of TLC, but the flat worked so perfectly we never noticed!!

Unique, Spacious & Convenient!

Such a fun place to stay that doesnā€™t feel like youā€™re in Angelo! Great for hosting a group of people- everyone loved the property and the location couldnā€™t have been better. The space was also clean- would definitely stay here again!

ASU Visit

My wife and I, son, and his wife spent 3 nights in SA to visit my daughter, a student-athlete at ASU. This property is really neat inside, a large space, clean and well-decorated, and just great to hang-out. The private backyard is also a nice convenience. We loved our stay!

Amazing space in a perfect location!

Absolutely love this property and will be staying here again! This is a huge space. If you have multiple people, there will be enough room for everyone to be comfortable. There were just 2 of us staying to visit friends. With the enormous kitchen and plenty of seating, we were able to host everyone for dinner one night. Everyone enjoyed the home. Being downtown and close to shopping, bars and restaurants made it fun to walk everywhere and explore. If youā€™re going to visit San Angelo, this is the way to do it right! ***Extra special note** If you are staying here on a Thursday or Friday night, be sure to get up early to go to Slanginā€™ Dough just a couple blocks away at 3rd and Chadbourne. The MOST amazing French pastries outside of France! Be in line before 8am because it will all sell out before 10.

Unique and Beautiful

This property was exactly or better as presented. We had enough room for all of us to sleep and visit!!! The space was well equipped and very comfortable. It was convenient to downtown and yet close to other areas of town. The host was very responsive and even gave us an early check-in!! We will stay here again and highly recommend this place!!!

Best stay, rest, and Host!

Brought my family of four to visit our eldest son (20) at his new Air Force base station, Goodfellow - literally right up the road from this little hideaway. The place is expansive and cozy with bright uplifting decor. The sound bar in the living room made music sound really great! We ordered Chicken Express delivery on one night and watched the movie My Girl. Everyone was able to curl up on the sectional and still there was room!! Connecting to Wifi was easy and my husband and I were able to work remotely and without having to take time off from work. Touring the Fort Concho National Museum was certainly a highlight. I love heritage museums in general, and this one was certainly rich in history. Firehouse Pizza was recommended by our gracious Host, and he was quick to respond to our needs. We wanted for nothing and truly canā€™t wait to come back to see our son and stay again. Honestly, i could go on and on about the incredible location to all kinds of cool stuff, and the fact that i had the best nightā€™s rest in years because of the white-noise-like sound of the air pushing through the HVAC and the amazing ceiling fan. Im serious! Hope they will have us back! Next time, we want to go to the Water Lilly Pond and eat at Miss Hatties. Hope this helps some travelers know where to stay. Jo H.
