STAY AT STEPS AND HAVE FUN BOATING, FISHING ETC...

It's nice living by the water! It's calm and peaceful! The peace and tranquility it brings is beautiful.

This is a 3 BR lake house located right on the water. The bedrooms are spacious and sleeps 6 persons. (suite 3 has a king bed, queen in suite 1, and twin beds in suite 2). Wi-Fi and cable included. Fully furnished kitchen that includes coffee maker, microwave, and dishes serving up to six. Washer/dryer in laundry room provided.

Enjoy knowing you may park your boat, trailer and vehicles on a nice private driveway! Easy access to boat slips located at Lake Nasworthy!

Please note 2 adults per bedroom only. We do not put more than 8 people (6 adults or 4 adults and up to 4 children)in our lake house for an overnight stay.

No long walks as you can literally step into the water with your canoe, tubes . Enjoy swimming, canoeing, boating, tubing, day or night fishing on an exquisite dock that overlooks a splendid view of Lake Nasworthy. Lower dock has hitches to dock your boat on the water.

Private patios with gas grill, BBQ pit and wood burning pit. Outdoor furniture on the patios and dock. Enjoy having dinner right over the water on the dock!

This lake house is located in a nice, quiet neighborhood. Responsible friends and families only!

Great weekend getaway!

This property was a great place to stay for the weekend, the amenities were spot on. Great location to the grocery store for quick runs. Access to the lake was quick amd easy with a public boat ramp just around the corner. Thanks for the hospitality we certainly enjoyed the property.

Great Staycation

Wonderful location for a local staycation. Everything we needed to relax and recharge. We sat outside every morning and watched the neighbor leave to go fishing and then we watched the skiers on the lake in the evening. We will be back.

Older home but very comfortable with nice outdoor space on a quiet area of the lake. 6 slept very comfortably and Anna was very helpful with information and recommendations about town to make sure your visit was nice. Convenient to University, shopping and restaurants.

Relaxation

Great secluded location. Very clean and set up for relaxation and fun in the water. Accommodations are perfect. Use the dock to fish and relax at night on the upstairs deck. Boat slip easy to use and keeps boat secure from wind and wakes. Second time to stay here and will do so again.

Everyone enjoyed the time there we were all comfortable the dock over the water was great and so peaceful. We rented a boat and was easy to hook to the dock. Played with the on-site toys

Excellent, wonderful experience all together

All around perfect! Location, amenities, owner communication were all perfect. Anna made it all so much easier and fun! She responded immediately and made sure we had everything we needed. Will most definitely be renting from her again and again!! Thank you so much Anna & Richard for making our annual girls trip a success!!!

This lake house is a great alternative to a motel in town. My grown family came from different directions to share my grandson's 1st birthday. It was very accessible to town and had everything we could possible need for our stay. We enjoyed the sun on the boat dock deck and the rain on the back porch. We hope to return many times. Anna, our host, was very accommodating !!

Had a very relaxing time.

Anna was very accommodating and really went above and beyond in making us feel welcome. The house itself was beautifully kept and very comfortable, the backyard is by far the reason we chose to stay at this vacation spot. The covered dock and deck along with the fire pit and the grills really made the trip. My only complaint was we didn't catch anything while we stayed there (the next door neighbor had mentioned it was still a too cold this time of year). We will be coming back.

Steps Into The Water

We had an amazing stay! Anne is great! always quick to respond to any questions :) beautiful home had everything we needed … And the lake omg literally you walk out and jump in! And we all enjoyed the paddle boat and kayaks! So much fun we can’t wait to go again.. I walked in and did not leave until checkout:) also convinced by Instacart I hate to go to the grocery store and had them delivered to our doorstep. We also enjoyed BBQ that we picked up for the whole family so as a mom I also had a vacation 😊

Enjoy waking up with grandparents etc.. to a fresh cup of coffee and sitting on the dock while sipping and enjoying the view of the lake.
Dock on the water to park your boat . During the day stay in a cute and cozy house taking a break from the sun while boating during the day! Nice private driveway to park your boat and trailer!
