This beautifully decorated luxury home includes 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths and is located in a quiet neighborhood in the heart of Sea Pines between holes #2 and #8 of the famous Harbour Town Golf Links, home of the PGA Tours RBC Heritage golf tournament. The home features an open floor plan with two spacious living areas that are perfect for families to play games, watch movies or just relax together, a dining room that seats 12, and a living room that includes a bar with a beverage refrigerator and the floor to ceiling windows across the back of the house offer great views of the pool and lagoon. The newly renovated kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare the perfect meal. The kitchen includes a table for 7, two full size refrigerators, a large kitchen island with bar stools, double oven, lots of casserole and baking dishes, a mixer, blenders, unlimited serving trays and dishes, Keurig machine, coffee pot, toaster, toaster oven, and bar accessories.

This house is within walking distance or a short bike ride to Harbour Town and its marina, pier, lighthouse, playground, Gregg Russell concerts, numerous restaurants and shops and the Stan Smith Tennis Academy. The marina offers fishing charters, sightseeing cruises, pontoon boats, jet skis, and kayak rentals. Enjoy breakfast, lunch, or dinner at the beautiful Links Restaurant in the Harbour Town clubhouse overlooking the first tee and ninth green. The Shops at Sea Pines Center is also within walking distance and offers spa services, shops and restaurants. * Sea Pines is a gated community in which every vehicle must have a gate pass for entry. One gate pass is included with your reservation at the time of booking. If you require additional passes, please request the exact number needed to ensure they are prepared in advance. Each pass has a fee of $35. All gate passes must be picked up at the host2coast office prior to entry.
* Pool and/or spa heating is available for an additional fee and can be arranged after your booking is confirmed. We kindly ask that heating is ordered in advance of the stay. If the outdoor temperature falls below 60 degrees, the pool heater may not function properly and the pool may not reach the desired temperature. Please note that no refunds will be issued if the pool heating equipment cannot maintain the temperature.

Great house for extended family

We enjoyed our stay! We had 6 adults, 3 teens and two toddlers and it felt spacious. Pool was great and loved the accessibility to bike paths. Easy ride to Harbor Town and 10 min bike ride to the beach. Very clean and easy checkin. Would recommend and stay again!

Terrific property in Sea Pines

We had an amazing stay at this property during Thanksgiving week. Great location in the heart of Sea Pines on a quiet road, with beautiful views out the back windows. The home was extremely comfortable, with modern updates throughout. And the kitchen was incredibly well-stocked with everything we needed.

This house has a large kitchen and sitting area. Accommodates multiple families nicely.

The pool is great and the lagoon is great to watch wildlife. We watched herons, frogs, fish and alligators everyday. Very relaxing. Definitely recommend bringing bikes.

Perfect Family Property

This home was perfect for our extended family of 9. The pool and patio area was great. Location was just right. We rode bikes to the beach and restaurants. (Even our 5 year old granddaughter.) Pool/beach towels were plush and abundant. The kitchen had everything we needed. Host2Coast was a pleasure to work with.

Wonderful family vacation

There were 9 of us including 4 children. The living spaces were good. Wish the bedroom where all the kids stayed had 4 twins instead of 2 twins and a full. The pool was great. We rode bikes on the beach during t evening however it is a bit of a trek for those with training wheels. Overall great and roomy home.

Buddy golf trip

Everything about this stay was excellent. From checking in to checking out , it could not have been any easier. The description of the house was perfect. Very quiet neighborhood only minutes from dozens of restaurants. The house was well stocked with everything you could possibly ask for, the layout of the house was excellent with the two living rooms, and also outdoor sitting area with the big screen TV was excellent. When we come back to Hilton Head, our group of eight golfers will definitely book this house again.

Best Ever

My husband and I rented this large home to accomodate our children and grandchildren. There were 10 of us. Beautiful inside and outside. Pool, outdoor TV, several lounge chairs and barbeque were used everyday. If we had designed it ourselves were couldn't have improved upon it. Thank you.

Lovely Home!

We could not have asked for a better vacation home for the week! We had 7 adults and 4 kiddos, ages 6 and under. The house was in perfect condition when we arrived, and it was easy to settle in and get comfortable. With four young kids we did most of our cooking at the house which was easy to do with such a wonderfully equipped kitchen. We had absolutely everything we needed to make great meals, including the outdoor grill. The kids and adults enjoyed the pool almost every day. The close proximity to Harbour Town, the playground, and the Sea Pines Resort Beach club were a bonus! In the evenings, we watched movies and played games with the kids! It was the perfect home to spend quality time together as a family (Grammy/PopPop, Aunts/Uncles, Kids/Cousins)- everyone enjoyed this home immensely. We would absolutely love to rent this home again next year if it is available. Great rental company as well - extremely helpful and responsive throughout the booking process and stay when needed!

A few suggestions

Our check in time was 4:00. We arrived to our property at 3:30 and met with our hosts who were there to inspect. We were disappointed to find the house had not been cleaned. The hosts did their best to make it right for us. However, I feel the inspection should have been done far earlier than 30 min before check in. No time to make it right when you have 11 guests waiting to enter. Like I said, the hosts were apologetic and did give us a $200 gift card at a restaurant of our choice so that was good. However, I have to say the property could use a more detailed cleaning. The dirt we saw was more than one week of other guests. Plus, there was some words in ink on an upholstered armchair and a broken dining chair that we let the owners know about. I just think the owners would like to be aware of the disappointed cleanliness for future bookings. My other suggestion would be to let future guests know the depth of the pool. The 2 ā€œshallowā€ ends are not that shallow. For children between the ages of 5-10, they cannot stand at all since the shallow is approx 4 1/2-5 feet with a deeper section in the middle. Even shorter adults would be surprised to find only their head above water. I wouldā€™ve liked to have been aware of this beforehand. The furnishings were very nice and comfortable. A lot of room inside to gather. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, etc.

Great House

Great house! Kitchen had all appliances / pots and pans. We also used the outside grill which worked okay. Views from the den and pool were awesome and furniture was in good condition. Easy bike ride to Harbor Town (5min) but beach was a little farther (15min). I would suggest getting a bike with a trailer to load your beach gear and just ride it out to the beach.
