Great experience overall and very clean and organized place. My only complaint was the hot tub not working but there were attempts trying to fix it. Unfortunately this issue was never resolved. But again, beautiful place, easy check in, accurate description online. Convenient location to all the Seapines hotspots!

We're sorry the hot tub wasn't working during your stay. Unfortunately, it required a replacement part that had to be ordered, and it didn't arrive until after your departure. 37 Battery Road was the perfect home for our relaxing family vacation. The home was not only beautiful but well equipped and private. We spent each afternoon in the pool and enjoyed the deer visiting the yard. We would definitely rent the home again!

Fantastic family vacay!

My family of 5 with three adult children (25+) thoroughly enjoyed our visit and stay in Hilton Head! The property was better than advertised and we had the few minor concerns addressed immediately. We will definitely consider this one of our vacation go-tos in the future! Thanks BeachBum Properties....you ROCK!

Nice house

We stayed with family and had plenty of room. The house was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. We had a few issues with the hot tub heating, but got it worked out with the management company. Overall a great place to stay!

Nice Home in Sea Pines

The home is spacious with plenty of room for all guests. The interior layout is functional with a good flow. The home’s location allows for a good access to all of Sea Pines’ activities. The property was very clean. The jacuzzi worked well and allowed for all to be outdoors. The backyard patio-pool-bbq is spacious and useful for all kinds of activities.

3rd visit to Hilton Head .this property is perfect just as the listing says . Master shower is tight for shower chair however we did manage . Low counters and bathroom worked perfect for my wife in wheelchair . A+++

The BEST!

37 Battery was wonderful. My entire family (10) had a great time and the handicap accessibility for my son-in-law not only made it easier for my daughter but but made him feel independent. We loved the pool area, especially the ramp, the new kitchen, all the bedrooms,bathrooms, everything! The house was immaculate, warm and welcoming. We will definitely be back! Cleanliness

This was a 5th stay at the home. The fans were really dusty and the cleaners could have cleaned the home better. Other than that the home was perfect for our family

We love this family! And they are welcome back any time. They also know how responsive we are so I wish they had let us know about their cleaning issues and we would have sent the cleaning crew back right away!

Nice and quiet in the middle Greenwood Forest

This house was nice and quiet in the middle Greenwood Forest. We enjoyed using the pool with our adult children. It was nice having a split floor plan so that the children had their own area of the house. It was a short 10 minute bike ride to Harbor Town, South Beach, or the Beach Club from this location. The house was updated and looked brand new. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking or baking. We used the large dining room for meals as well as the outdoor patio table for the six of us.

Sea Pines House

The rental agent was very prompt in handling any issues. House wasn't as nice as ones we have rented in the past. Linens and towels provided were minimal at best. Kitchen dishes and utensils were very sparse and of low quality. The floor plan was outstanding for someone with disabilities.

We have tried to reach the guest to get some more details about this review to no avail. It is hard to respond to "house wasn't as nice as ones we have rented" without more information. We don't know to what they are comparing, but we can say that this home has just been updated with new carpeting and fresh paint - as well as the addition of a brand new master bathroom and 4th bedroom/den and the installation of two large, brand new flat screen TV's - and in its price range it is in wonderful shape with great amenities. We use a very standard kitchen checklist which includes all the necessary items so we do not know what they felt was missing. Our linens and towels are of high quality in comparison to most rental products. They are replaced every week with clean and fresh ones. In the 20+ homes we manage we have never had a complaint about the quality of our linens and towels. We were responsive as they said and certainly hope they had a nice vacation in beautiful Hilton Head Island.

Great house

We had a great vacation on Hilton Head Island. This was our 2nd time here, first time in Sea Pines. The house was perfect for our large group. Loved having 3 full bathrooms! Jim/Margot the property managers were quick to respond to our questions. One note, to heat the hot tub and pool require advance notice. There is a $50/day charge to heat the hot tub and if you want to heat the pool it’s $100/day. The public access beach is a short bike ride away. Great for morning bike rides on the beach when it’s low tide. We mostly used the beach at the Sea Pines Beach club. Parking there was tricky as spaces are limited. It required a bit of pre planning each day but we made it work. The Beach Club was a 10 minute bike ride from the house. The house was clean and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen was a nice size, well stocked and had everything we needed to prepare meals. The dining areas were big enough for us all to sit down together. The drive way fit 4 nice size cars comfortably. The outdoor shower was great, and we enjoyed the hot tub each day. The pool was nice to look at but too cold for us to swim comfortably. All in all, very nice house and I would recommend it to anyone for their vacation.

Overall very positive experience. My friends and I enjoyed how spacious and private the property was. Also in close proximity to both Sea Pines beach access and Coligny Beach( about 10 minutes and 13 minutes by car respectively). Our only issue was with the hot tub, which was having issues with heating up throughout the week but they did not charge us for that. All in all the property was beautiful, the hosts were communicative, and I would stay here again.

Wonderful property

Great property location. Had everything we needed for thanksgiving dinner prep. Also, the extra bedroom with couch and TV was a definite plus for teenagers. We would stay there again.

Great getaway

This was our first stay at this house. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub! At the beginning of our stay we had an issue which was resolved quickly. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Experience

This was our first time using VRBO and we won't hesitate to use it again next year for our family vacation! The house was absolutely perfect, exactly as described, and the kids really enjoyed the pool. Since this was our first time with VRBO, we had several questions, and Margot was great about answering them all quickly . Overall just a wonderful experince.

We loved this property. It was clean and when we needed to contact the property manager, they answered very quickly. One of our party is in a wheelchair. The only issue had there was the master shower entrance. The doorway was too narrow to get the chair through. Also the lip at the bottom was concerning because it could have been damaged if the chair went over it. Overall this was a beautiful place that we will consider if we return to Hilton Head Island.
