This unit is perfectly located on the 5th floor where you can park just steps from the unit's front door!! Why wait for elevators to go to the beach or pools when you can easily take the stairs down two flights.


Be the first to relax and enjoy your stay in this beautifully appointed, three bedroom, four bath condo. Unit 506 is one of a kind and at the best location in the building. The condo offers a 70'' HD TV in the living room, a 65" in the master, 65'' in the 2nd bedroom and 43'' plat panel tv in the 3rd bedroom.



Upon entering you can't help but let out a sigh and let your worries go as you relax in this 2000 sq ft condo. The beach facing living room has amazing floor to ceiling windows and breath taking views. Custom motorized shades in the living room will keep the light out in the early morning and offer privacy. Stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops in the kitchen. A wet-bar, and ice-maker will enhance any party. The large balcony has unbelievable views of the waves and beach.



The condo's master bedroom has a king bed, the 2nd bedroom has a king bed, the 3rd bedroom has two queen beds for sleeping up to 8.



Come enjoy our newest amenities that include a new adult pool in addition to the already wonderful and relaxing outdoor pool, lazy river and slide. Kids can enjoy the upgraded, fun and lively splash pad. The grill area has been updated to a large covered pavilion that also includes games like corn hole etc. If you don’t feel like cooking or going out to eat, you can grab a drink and a bite to eat at the on-site cafe & bar. There is a well stocked souvenir shop as well for those last minute essentials and memories to take home.



The Oasis also offers basketball courts, pickle-ball courts, tennis court and putting green. The heated indoor pool is perfect for those cooler days. Near the indoor pool you will find four hot tubs. There is a great fitness room located on the 15th floor overlooking the beach, with two more hot tubs and saunas on the floor below. You have covered parking in the garage.



For your convenience we have installed a keyless entry door lock so you and your family/friends do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay!



Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $60 per vehicle. Any 3br unit you rent at Oasis guarantees you can purchase up to two parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but please do not expect the front desk to sell extra passes during the summer season.

Overall great visit

Even though the check-in process started out a bit rocky, our stay was great. Condo was very nice and had everything we needed. Property Manager was great to work with. Enjoyed our stay!

Family Vacation

This was a great place to stay. It had everything we needed. Each Bedroom had their own bathroom which was great. The facilities are well maintained and my kids kept busy with all the amenities.

2023 Family Beach Trip

Loved the condo

The condo itself is wonderful. A lot of room and is nicely stocked with essentials. The ocean view is exceptional and there is easy access to the beach. We weren't big fans of the pool and hot tub area because the chlorine smell was overwhelming. We understand why it needs to be that way, but we didn't spend much time at the pool.

Convenient with Nice Amenities

We enjoyed this condo. We loved parking on level and there are plenty of carts to assist with getting luggage and supplies into and out of the condo. The building is newer with nice amenities and a beautiful beach. My only negative critique is the beds in bedrooms 2 and 3 were uncomfortable. It could be they just weren’t to our taste. Overall, I definitely recommend this condo. Our family had a lovely time and made some great memories.

More beautiful in person!

What you see is what you get! I'm a very particular traveler and have an immune compromised family member so cleanliness was important to me. This was a very clean property. High end appliances, sofa was very new and comfortable. The view was amazing and as pictured. Property included chair service at the beach that was very economically priced. A nice new Neighborhood Market Walmart was nearby. High ratings for the finishes, appliances, beds were comfortable and very roomy space.

We had a great stay

My husband, myself, our 17-yr old and his friend had a great stay. What a fantastic view, the condo was very spacious, comfy beds, stocked kitchen, laundry facilities, great A/C. While it is definitely a family-friendly place, the lazy river wasn’t jam packed with kids like I had feared - we enjoyed it every day. If I have one “con” it is the WiFi - the unit has its own WiFi but it was not very effective… I know it’s a large cement building with many people using devices but I had zero bars much of the time. But aside from that, we had an excellent stay - thank you!

Evening hours we had to wait in line for a very long time to get on a elevator. We had 3 families in our condo we were allowed 2 purchase 2 car passes very inconvenient also the swimming pool had a strong odor and the water was very cloudy needless to say I did not get in. Coffee was to be supplied in the lobby from 9am to 2 pm that did not happen.

Great unit but not very clean

The unit was what we expected and as described. Great location and view. The unit was well stocked with most everything needed for a great stay. When we arrived we found towels and wash rags with hair on them. If we walked barefoot in the unit for 5 mins our feet were black. We found a few small bugs that resembled roaches. I reached out to the owner and they had a large bag of towels and rags sent up and a person to mop the floor. We declined the floor cleaning because we were leaving and preferred not to have someone in our room. When we arrived back home, the other couple that we reserved the unit with, found a bed bug on their pillow they took with them on the trip and used in the unit. We found mold in the master bathroom shower and obvious mold in the washing machine. I feel a deep cleaning could be used.

Parking is located on the first twelve floors and we were able to purchase a third parking pass without any problem. There are six elevators with very little wait time. We had two babies under two years old, so we appreciated the splash pad, lazy river and pool. We were also able to take advantage of the adult pool at times. The condo was ready on time and very clean. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need to cook meals. We really liked the ice maker! The beach access was right off the pool and had an outdoor shower and several hoses to clean sand off of your feet and items. We would highly recommend this condo!

The only negative we experienced was the pool area construction project, but a good reason to visit again next year to see the new improvements!
