This unit is perfectly located on the 14th floor where you have same floor access to the saunas, hot tubs and one flight of stairs up to the fitness center at the resort.


Be the first to relax and enjoy your stay in this beautifully appointed, professionally decorated three bedroom, four bath condo. No expense was sparred when decorating this condo, with a 55'' HD TV in the living room, a 50'' in the master, 48'' in the 2nd bedroom and 48'' plat panel wall mounted tv in the 3rd bedroom.



Upon entering you can't help but let out a sigh and let your worries go as you relax in this 2000 sq ft condo. The beach facing living room has floor to ceiling windows and breath taking views. Stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops in the kitchen. A wet-bar, and ice-maker will enhance any party. The large balcony has unbelievable views of the waves and beach.



The condo's master bedroom has a king bed, the 2nd bedroom has two queens, and the 3rd bedroom has a king sized bed. There is also a sofa sleeper in the living are providing sleeping accommodations for 10.



Come enjoy our newest amenities that include a new adult pool in addition to the already wonderful and relaxing outdoor pool, lazy river and slide. Kids can enjoy the upgraded, fun and lively splash pad. The grill area has been updated to a large covered pavilion that also includes games like corn hole etc. If you donā€™t feel like cooking or going out to eat, you can grab a drink and a bite to eat at the on-site cafe and; bar. There is a well stocked souvenir shop as well for those last minute essentials and memories to take home.



The Oasis also offers basketball courts, pickle-ball courts, tennis court and putting green. The heated indoor pool is perfect for those cooler days. Near the indoor pool you will find four hot tubs. There is a great fitness room located on the 15th floor overlooking the beach, with two more hot tubs and saunas on the floor below. You have covered parking in the garage.



For your convenience we have installed a keyless entry door lock so you and your family/friends do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay!



Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $60 per vehicle. Any 3br unit you rent at Oasis guarantees you can purchase up to two parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but please do not expect the front desk to sell extra passes during the summer season.

Great stay!

The room was very clean and communication was great. Only thing that wasnā€™t great which they have no control over they shut down the bar and grill for 3 days for construction in the middle of the week. They knew all the people staying that week. It put a damper we couldnā€™t get any food or drinks while there.

Wonderful experience

The condo was wonderful for our trip. We had 2 families that consisted of 4 adults and 6 kids under 6 years old. The grounds were very clean and offered great amenities. The condo was very spacious and fit our group well. The condo was clean and well stocked with necessities. This is for sure a place I would return to, or even purchase in the building.

Great customer service

My son broke his leg and we had to change our dates to avoid going with a casted child. They were great about it. Then our dates changed again becuase of Sally but they were great about clear communication and providing alternatives. You cannot beat the beach front property with pools.

Perfect family beach getaway

Our family of 8 stayed at The Oasis at Orange Beach (formerly Phoenix West II), and it was the perfect spot for a relaxing and fun-filled vacation. The location is unbeatable with easy, direct access to the beach ā€” a huge plus for our group.The amenities are top-notch. We loved the multiple pools, including the adult pool, the splash pad for the kids, and especially the lazy river ā€” my personal favorite! Thereā€™s also a great game room with arcade games, and the basketball and pickleball courts kept my nephew entertained for hours. We also made good use of the outdoor grills, which made family dinners easy and fun.The rooms were spacious, clean, and offered stunning views of the beach. Navigating the property was easy, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.We also really appreciated the convenience of the Oasis Beachside CafĆ© and Bar located right downstairs ā€” perfect for grabbing a bite or a drink without leaving the property.The only minor downside was the elevator wait times, which could be a bit long, especially during the busy Memorial Day weekend ā€” but thatā€™s to be expected with such a popular spot.Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend for families or groups looking for a fun and comfortable beach retreat!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This vacation rental was in a great location on an area of Orange Beach that is not very overcrowded. It was nicely decorated and very clean. The only complaint is the bedroom with two queen beds was not at all comfortable. Once of the beds had a broken frame and was held up by a few pieces of wood that were propped under the mattress. We did not discover that until the last day there after our daughter and her significant other slept in that bed all week and complained about how uncomfortable it was and how much their back hurt (ending up moving to the couch three nights they were so uncomfortable). If not for this, we would give this condo 5 stars, but as is, we would not be able to return to this condo until we knew that bed was fixed so that whomever was sleeping in that bed would have a comfortable nights sleep but once fixed properly we would definitely recommend this property. Everything else was wonderful!

Overall was a great stay, but there are a few things that I think you would like to know. - When we arrived, the kitchen area was subpar and not clean - we had to clean the coffee pot before it could be used - In the midst of the washing machine the washing there is a very loud noise / machine is not balanced and needs repair the interior of your home is wonderful and we did enjoy our stay, but I wanted you to be aware of the above, in case you weren't aware

The couch had room for everyone to just hang out. The best thing about this building was we never had to leave for the kidā€™s entertainment. The water slide, splash pad and lazy river were all there. Pickle ball courts too. Would highly recommend staying here. Parking is available for extra cars if they have space.

We were given a heads up on needing extra paper towels, trash bags and toilet paper as well as soaps and cleaning supplies so that helped. There was a slight odor when we arrived. I suspect it was cleaned with vinegar products that caused a pungent smell, but it was tolerable and seemed clean. The amenities of the building were great!

We had everything we needed. The location was perfect. Next time I think we will pack less because the laundry in the suite made all the difference! My kids loved the water slide and being close enough to be able to hoo from pool to beach to room when needed was a major plus. The food trucks on site were a nice convenience! If there was maybe just one more food truck option would be even better! We miss this property already & canā€™t wait to come back!

Overall a great place to stay

The only complaints I would have to voice is the wait for the elevators is crazy , checked in and had to find a cart to take out things up to the condo spent 25/30 minutes getting a cart , then an additional 30 minutes waiting for an elevatorā€¦ Having everyone check in at the same time might not be the right thing to do also was not a fan of the chairs and umbrellas being set up right in the middle of the beach daily , takes room away form families being able to have space on beach šŸ– .. BUT overall the tripe was awesome!
